This lovely house built in a typical French style is situated in Narbonne-Plage, 250 metres from the beach, close to “Le Massif de La Clape” (natural protected site), near the sport centre (swimming pool in summer) and 600 metres from the town centre and shops, in a new residence built in 2004. This 4-room villa has a sun terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. There is a reserved car park in the residence. It sleeps up to 6 people. On the ground floor you will find the living room ( sofa which you can convert to a bed (1,60 x 2,00 m), French TV and German programmes), a kitchenette (4 hot plates, fridge, oven...), a separate toilet, a washing machine, a dish washer. On the 1st floor there is one bedroom with king sized bed (1,60 x 2,00m), one bedroom with 2 separated beds (each 0,90 x 2,00) and a additional hidden bed (0,90 x 2,00). We do guarantee a high quality of the beds and mattresses. There is also a separated bathroom with shower.

This family seaside resort offers 5 km of sandy beach, where there is a local market three times a week during the summer. The landscape is much-varied and is excellent for hikes and bicycle tours. One of the most wonderful villages of France is near by. You will like Gruissan and enjoy Narbonne as a typical French town. In Beziers you can visit 'Canal du Midi' .

Für eine 4köpfige Familie kann es nichts schöneres geben: ein total entspannter Urlaub.
Ein freundliches, gepflegtes und super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, wie wir es noch nie erlebt hatten.
Viele Stauräume für den eigenen Krusch, bequeme Betten und wirklich genug Geschirr. Es fehlte lediglich ein Bierglas, aber Spaß beiseite, hier sollte man lieber den guten Wein trinken!
Die Kinder haben ihre Freiheit genossen, denn der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und für 10/13jährige auch alleine zu bewältigen. Und morgens schickt man sie mit dem Fahrrad zum Brot holen...
Abends sitzt man dann gemeinsam auf der schönen Terrasse und lauscht den Zikaden.
Schade, daß der Urlaub immer zu kurz ist!

Optimaler Sommerurlaub in Süd-Frankreich

wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Sommerurlaub in Narbonne-Plage. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet und man findet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt und die Wohnung super sauber. Wir haben uns alle vom ersten Moment rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Das schöne für uns war, dass nicht nur deutsche Urlauber die Anlage bewohnen, sonder auch Franzosen, so dass auch unsere Kinder (14 und 16 Jahre) Französisch sprechen konnten. Der Strand war sehr gepflegt und sauber und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen, aber bei weiten noch nicht alles gesehen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr gut, im Vorfeld hatten wir nicht nur eine genaue Beschreibung der Wohnung, sondern auch eine CD mit Fotos, so konnten wir uns vorab ein genaues Bild machen. Die deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Für uns alle war es ein gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub.

Familienurlaub in sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus!

Wir fanden ein sehr gut eingerichtetes, freundliches und ruhiges Haus mit allem, was wir zur Erholung benötigten, vor. Mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 Jahre und 6 Monate) hatten wir viel Platz und auch die Möglichkeit eines Rückzugs, so dass sich jeder aus unserer Familie entsprechend erholen konnte - nicht zuletzt durch die sehr bequemen Betten. Durch die überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung und ein durch eine persönliche Note gekennzeichnetes Ambiente wurde das Urlaubsparadies abgerundet. Durch die auf der einen Seite kurze Distanz zum wunderschönen Sandstrand und auf der anderen Seite durch die Möglichkeit der Wanderung oder Fahrradtour war es für uns ein rundum perfektes Urlaubsziel. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den sehr netten Kontakt zur Hauseigentümerin, die uns nicht nur einiges an Zusatzinformationen und Fotos in Form einer CD zukommen ließ, sondern auch eine schnelle und vor allem unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Urlaubsformalitäten ermöglicht hat.

Ein einfach komplett perfektes Urlaubserlebnis

Einmal abgesehen von diesem wunderschönen Urlaubsort -> Vielen Dank für das perfekt ausgestattete Ferienhaus Maison Coquelicot. Wir (2 Paare) waren nicht nicht nur von der Kommunikation und Organisation vor dem Urlaub begeistert (stets sehr freundlicher Kontakt + Urlaubs-CD mit Impressionen und Informationen) sondern auch vom Haus selbst. Es wurde an einfach alles gedacht. Das macht einen individuellen Urlaub noch besser. Wir können jedem das freundlich und komplett ausgestattete Ferienhaus empfehlen. Unser Dank und unser Lob gilt ebenfalls der deutschen Hausbetreuung vor Ort.

Ferienhaus mit Klasse

Das helle und freundliche Haus mit seiner guten Einrichtung können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
Es ist alles da, was man auch im Urlaub gerne nutzen und benutzen würde, vielleicht sogar noch etwas mehr !
Wir haben uns in dem wirklich sehr fußnah zum Meer gelegen Haus wirklich wohlgefühlt, der feinsandige, lange und tiefe Strand liess uns gut erholt nur ungern wieder heim fahren. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuder bewohnt und fuhren auch diesmal recht skeptisch hin, konnten allerdings überrascht feststellen, dass es voll unseren Ansprüchen entsprach. Bestens erholt mussten wir nach 2 tollen Wochen wieder unsere Sachen packen und abreisen!
