All new interior! This lovely, upscale 3 bedroom retreat is located in one of the nicest areas of Grand Cayman, in West Bay. The beach is literally a few steps outside of your front door and a gorgeous pool area is right around the corner! A short drive away you will find a huge, modern grocery store, a variety of other fine restaurants, and many water sports facilities. There is incredible snorkeling right off our beach, a tennis court and beach horseback riding close by. Or just grab one of our fishing poles, fill up a martini glass, and chill out on our dock! This is a beachfront, 2,700 square foot, corner villa, and every one of the 3 spacious bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the ocean. There are palm trees for shade, hammocks to relax in, and a beautiful pool complete with waterfall and jacuzzi. This area has a true 'Island' feeling! You can walk for miles to either side of this complex and not see another soul. Now with FREE long distance calls to US/Canada!

    Cancellation policy:
    Your entire deposit up to 1 month before arrival. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before arrival. Forfeiture of entire deposit anytime after that (if the entire payment has been submitted only the deposit will be withheld), if your reservation is for the time period of Dec. 15-April 15.

    For reservations during the time of April 16-Dec. 14 your deposit may be “rolled over” to any other available rental period for one year from date of initial deposit.

The villa is quite large, newly upgraded and redecorated. We have been told repeatedly by guests that they are delighted with the amenities. When you enter you will find a large, double living area, bathroom, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. One is a master suite with king bed and large en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are large and each contains a king bed. The villa is equipped with Direct TV in the LR and all bedrooms. Each of the bathrooms has a hairdryer and a full complement of towels. The new kitchen is fully equipped, sure to satisfy any chef! You will discover a CD player and DVD player in the LR and Each bedroom, and full size washer and dryer in the laundry area. There is a FAX machine and WiFi Internet access (bring your laptop!), as well as a collection of books and games for your enjoyment. We have a BBQ grill, rafts, and plenty of beach towels for your use.

We had a very enjoyable stay on the West Bay. This was our first trip to Cayman and we went to attend a wedding. It turns out that the wedding took place on the beach just steps outside the glass doors to this property. The condo is removed from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach but is a short drive away; this was perfect for us. The only disappointment was not being able to swim from the beach right outside. It is very rocky with lots of reef and coral. You can swim from a ladder on the long dock, but can't cool off from the beach. The pool makes up for this, however. The furnishings and everything else inside the condo were terrific. We did lose power a couple of times, but that was due to problems on the street rather than anything in the actual unit. The bedrooms are spacious and everything is up to date.
