This Kona Reef condo is located on the waters edge within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The view from the unit is seen in the main photo! The pool and spa are positioned with a wonderful surf backdrop. Outdoor gas grills are situated under the cabana which overlook the pool and ocean. We not only have a great view but we have the relaxing sound of the surf when you sit out on the lanai. Walk downstairs to enjoy a walk along the beach or take a swim!! We are close to other beaches as well that offer snorkeling and diving. We have a well maintained 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with a queen size bed in the bedroom and futon sofa in the living room. Kitchen was recently remodeled with granite counter tops. Ceiling fans and A/C for comfort.

Amenities: We are well equipped with washer, dryer, Cable TV, VCR, DSL Internet connection, Telephone, ceiling fans, A/C. Also we have a well equipped and newly remodeled kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender and of course stove and oven. We have tropical furniture. As mentioned earlier, there is a pool and spa as well as propane barbecues under the cabana with tables and chairs for your dinner by the beach! Activities: Swimming, snorkeling, Jacuzzi. Local activities to include para sailing, sightseeing, luaus, diving, marlin fishing, shopping, etc.

Walk to Hard Rock cafe or Outback for dinner!
