3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with fantastic location only 1/2 block to the beach and two blocks to the Boardwalk. Also within walking distance to many restaurants, amusements & shopping. First floor unit with private front porch. This is a non-smoking, no pet rental. We only rent on a weekly basis, Saturday until Saturday. This condo is on 30th Street, 1/2 block from the beach, and 1/2 block from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park.
