There are 2 more roomy bedrooms and a 2nd full bathroom. 4th Sleeping area in loft with 2 twin beds Spacious kitchen has all the comforts of home. Loft is a great place to play cards, read, or just sit and watch the lake. Take a ride on the lake in our paddle boat or our twin kayaks. Black Lake has award winning fishing, great for all sports. Water ski in warm shallow sandy water or just cruise, relax and view beautiful Black Mountain and the most breath-taking sunrises and sunsets from the 5 person soothing hot tub.   • $350.00 Security Deposit to book.
    Security deposit will be fully refunded if house is clean and no damage.
    1/2 Rental Fee due in 4 to 6 weeks. Remainder due 2 weeks before rental
    Cancellations may be moved to new date if open, or if rental date can be filled minus service charge.
    If house needs to be cleaned a $75.00 charge will be deducted from security deposit.
    Check in time Is 4:00 P.M. Saturday Check-out is at 10:00 A.M. The following Saturday.
    Weekends are available Fall, Winter, or Spring only.

Solid oak kitchen cabinets with all appliances. Bikes, High Chair, Play Pen, Some nice Toys, New Dock for your boat, New paddle boat, 2 Kayaks (hard to tip kind), Barbecue, and a Brand New Hot Tub! Perfect natural soft sand beach that gradually deepens, on 10,130 acre all sport Black Lake. Campfire on beach, washer and dryer,1 queen, 2 full and 7 twin beds. Short drive to Mackinaw and that Awesome bridge! TV stereo, VCR/DVD movies,2nd TV W/VCR in Master Bedroom, books, games. Just bring your luggage and relax. (Oops) food would be beneficial.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Leo and Sue's Lake Home. The water was warm and shallow, great for the kids. The house is very clean and well-supplied; plenty of room for 8 of us. We grew up in Michigan, now live elsewhere in the Midwest...wanted our kids to experience a Northern Michigan vacation....perfect! Kayaking, stargazing, cool evenings around a campfire complete with S'mores...Mackinac Island and the bridge..sand dunes...a full moon rising over the lake...did I mention an incredible amount of stars in the sky? Seeing a loon and a Bald Eagle! This is a quiet corner of Northern Michigan and we enjoyed every minute of our week!
