Large (2300 sq. ft.) newer town home at Red Mt. Ranch in northeast Mesa. Pueblo style with 3 master suites each with full baths, plus den and loft for extra sleeping space, and extra 1/2 bath. Large living/dining area with cathedral ceilings on ground level, full kitchen with all appliances, master bedroom/full bath + den/.5 bath on ground level. Other 2 master suites are upper level each with its own full bath and deck with views. Large loft separates upper master suites and can be used as office or extra sleeping area. Semi-private pool/jacuzzi just steps away off lower patio. Laundry room with W/D just inside from 2 car garage. Beautifully furnished in southwestern style but with room for some of your own furnishings if long-term rental. Includes Red Mt. Ranch social club privileges with use of large club pool and restaurant/bar.

Red Mountain Ranch Townhouse..

This is a large condo very well set up fpr a rental property. All the appliances and other equipment was in good working order and the property itself was without fault.. we also found everything to be really clean andneat when we arrived...it was obvious that a cleaning crew had just left & they did a good job.
The only problem we found was that the community pool and fitness center required a membership that we did not have so those activities required going some distance away from the complex..I looked into getting a short term membership but it was not set up for a short time and we did not feel as if renters were welcomed..
All in all we enjoyed our stay and really liked the property and area arround this location..
