Our home is located in a gated community with an absolutely beautiful entrance with fountains and lush landscaping. We are literally a five minute drive from Disney. This home includes 2 master en-suites with king-sized pillowtop mattresses. One of the master en-suite baths have a separate shower and soaking tub and sliders to the lanai area and pool. Two bedrooms have queen size pillowtop mattresses, one with an Americana theme. Two bedrooms have two twin beds decorated for the kids and one bedroom has two sets of bunks decorated special for the kids. This home includes PS2, books for reading and games for the little ones, as well as a high chair and porta-crib. The family room has a large TV with a DVD player & stereo, leather couches & a large entertainment center. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass top table, an island and sliders to the lanai area and pool. The dining room as ample seating and a large table as well.

This home has a game room with a pool table, foosball, six stools for those that want to just relax, air hockey, stereo/CD player and a fan for staying cool. The screened pool is 14' X 30' with an oversized lanai area with extra loungers, chairs and two tables to accomodate large groups. Shops and restaurants are right around the corner as well as a supermarket, pizzeria, ice-cream shop etc. Staying in a vacation home once will have you hooked. It's much more cost effective than staying in a hotel. Everyone has their own space. You can relax by the pool while the little ones sleep, or you can simply enjoy breakfast by the pool. It's great to come back from a long hot day and take a dip in the pool or spa and watch the sunset with your friends and family.

Amenities: Kitchen includes: Oven, stove, refrigerator, ice maker, blender, toaster, service for 20, pots & pans, bottle openers, tea pot, coffee pot, all you would need to prepare a meal if you choose. All linens are provided including towels for the pool, extra blankets and pillows. Our linens & beds were purchased with our guests comfort in mind. The little things were thought of like high thread count on sheets, pillowtop mattresses etc. Porta crib and high chair. Two stereos. PS2, books, games. Alarm clocks, phones. High Speed internet Hairdryers

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa with my extended family. To begin Emerald Island Resort is great, it is located just minutes from restaurants, shoping centers, and Disney's entrance. The Villa itselt was extraordinary. The pictures really did not serve it justice. It had all the conveniences of home plus a few others for comfort. The owners were very organized and efficient. They were available for all my questions and request and provided great customer service. We were so pleased, that we extended our stay another day. I am recommending this villa to all my friendsm, family, & co-workers. Again, thank you Fiona for a wonderful experience.
