This charming Condo is located on the outer fringe of Salt Lake City at the Base of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is 7 or 8 miles to Snowbird and Alta Ski Resorts (Utah's best skiing) and 9 to 10 miles to Solitude and Brighton. Downtown Salt Lake City is 15 miles and the 3 resorts at Park City are 30 miles. This is a great central location and has a wonderful view of the Wasatch Mountains. The ski shuttle stops across the street. The interior and exterior of this home a very clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. There are nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shuttle stops to the nearby ski resorts.
