The Apartment is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the City Centre. It is in a living-house (3rd floor with elevator) has a central heating and is furnished, surrounded by large, stately trees. A favorable traffic route offers a multiplicity of possibilities around for sightseeing. Many of the objects of interest of Vienna can by achieved also easy by walking. You can reach the 'Kaernterstrasse', on of the rargest shopping streets of the capital, as well as 'St.Stephens Cathedral, the most important landmark of Vienna, within 20 min. to the north, just behind the Danube channel you can reach after approximately 500m the viennese 'Prater' with a famous landmark of the city-the ferris wheel(Riesenrad). Listen to the music of the Johann Strauss Orchestra while drinking a glass of wine in the nearby city-park or visit the 'Hundertwasser-house'. It is located directly to the apartment. A reals curio directly in front of the house:a new,modern pedestrian-and bicycle zone.

In the living room is a cosy corner, with in addition is extendable for two sleeping places. Cable TV and radio are likewise present. Sleep room: beside a large double bed the bedroom offers also a view on the garden. NONE VIS A VIS ! The kitchen with dinette has also coffee-machine,microwave,gas cooker,refrigerator, as well as complete cook and food table-ware. The hall (diele) id equipped with a generous wall sheeting. Also the use of a mobile telephone is possible.
