You like to have the mountains and the sea together near by the house? So we think that Casa Montigiano could be the right thing for you. The new comfortable house is for 4 persons and it is 300 meters over the Versilia, the famous beach of Tuscany. In the house there is a nice living-room with an open kitchen, two sleeping-rooms and a shower. The house is surrounded on three sides by its own garden and there is also a private parking. There is also a beautiful terrace where you can sit and eat in the calmness of the country. The house was build last year and offers all comfort, the equipment is simple, but with stile.

The small village of Montigiano consists of a church and some houses and is located in the Apuan mountains very near to the Tyrrhenian sea. The way to the beach is only 10 km and offers a very nice panorama view, where you see on one side the sea with some islands and the lake of Massaciucoli and on the other side you look the clime of the Apuan mountains. You can enjoy the quiet of the place and the well-done fresh air of the mountains, but just in 20 min you are in the city of Viareggio with restaurants, pubs and discotheques.

The apuan alps and moutain-tracking: Just very near to the coast of the Tuscany, called Versilia, there are the Apuan alps with mountains up to 2000 meters. It is the home of the famous white Marmora and the most part is protected area, so it is a paradise for mountain climbers and trekking. You can find organized trips with the possibility to sleep in small recoveries on the top in summer. The house-owners, a very nice couple that is living in the house by-side, are experts of mountain trekking and would be glad to show the guests some mountains and groves.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Casa Montigiano verbracht. Es liegt in den Hügeln nahe beim Meer mit super Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, ruhige Lage, sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter geben tolle Tipps, wenn man zuhören will. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Feriendomizil mit Blick auf das Meer von der oberen Terrasse. Auto unbedingt erforderlich für kurvenreiche, hügelige Anfahrt und Ausflüge in die Toskana. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und auch englisch sprechende Vermieter. Aufgrund der höheren Lage kann es im Frühjahr noch recht kühl sein.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Casa Montigiano verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Für die Kids ist der nahe Strand toll. Mit dem Auto ist er in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Interessante Städte wie Lucca und Pisa sind gut zu erreichen.
Gern kommen wir wieder!

Super schöner Urlaub im Frühjahr

Wir mein Mann und meine kleine Tochter 6 Jahre alt haben im Frühjahr Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus gemacht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz.....Die Aussicht und die Lage sind ein Traum so muss Urlaub sein. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der schönen Dachterasse gefrühstückt. Wir möchten uns nochmals bei denn Vermietern für Ihre Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit bedanken :-) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!
