This home is located 2 blocks from the Clubhouse/Recreation Center in the TRILOGY COMPLEX. There you will enjoy 2 huge pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a beautiful 18-hole golf course. The Clubhouse has a restaurant, exercise room, steam room and a game area. You can sign up to play chess or bridge or even take a casino outing. This spacious home has 1655sq ft of living space. Spend your mornings in the eat-in kitchen or at the breakfast bar. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a den. There is also a very spacious Great Room which makes it great for 2 couples. Trilogy is a gated community for active adults and at least one person in the party must be at least 55years old. The development is in Gilbert, which is only about 30 min. from Phoenix Airport, 7mi South of Mesa.

Activities: Trilogy offers many activities including 2 heated pools (one shallow depth one Olympic size ) beautiful 18 hole golf course, tennis courts. At the Clubhouse Area you will find a hot tub, exercise room, steam room enjoy billiards and shuffle board and Bocci ball.
