The comfortable and spacious apartment is very personally furnished and is on the 2nd story of a quiet, well-maintained apartment house. It has a south-west location with a clear view of the ocean, a nature park across the way and the distant mountains and is located directly on a natural canal that runs another 300 m into the ocean. When you want to enjoy your glass of Sangria in the moonshine on the balcony, you can hear the ocean below. There is a pool and boat dock in front of the house, there are parking spaces and other apartment complexes on the street. There are places to shop nearby: A small supermarket opposite the house, larger supermarkets like Carrefour, ALDI and LIDL are 1-1.5 km away.

Rosas is right on the ocean and the mountains. The beautiful surrounding green landscape 'Ampurdan', with vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields are bordered by the Pyrenees foothills and is just as good as Tuscany. Santa Margarita, a suburb of the fishing town Rosas, located past Ampuriabrava, is a holiday resort with many canals that are pervaded with sport boats and are lined with houses and bungalows. A small city centre with restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets and various activities for children to enjoy the end of a great day at the beach. The beach itself is fine sand and stretches almost 25 km along the entire Rosas bay.
