  • Please Note All Of Our Policies:
    We require a 30% deposit on the rental fee before confirming a reservation.
    Also, we require: One-time cleaning fee of $150, applicable State taxes, and a refundable 100 security deposit. Of course, the 100 security deposit will be refunded as long as the Home is in the same or substantially similar condition as when you arrived.

    Paypal and Credit Cards are welcome, subject to a 3% surcharge.

    Before confirmation, we reserve the right to change the rates and amount of security deposit due.

    Year round $1200 to $3000 per week.

Beautiful Home

The pictures don’t do justice to this house. I used it for a winter vacation with my in-laws. My wife and I had difficulty giving up the very large master bedroom suite to her parents, but it turned out to be a brilliant move. They loved it so much that they spent a lot of time there. I had the rest of this lovely house mostly to myself. I am an early riser. I was able to get up at daybreak, go to the health club, walk on the beach, sit in the screened lanai by the pool with my morning tea and watch the golfers across the lake without disturbing the other members of the family. This is a large and luxurious house. The high ceiling and the open design makes you feel that the house is even larger. The high speed internet access in the office came in very handy as I was able to search for Palm Coast real estate every day on my laptop.
We had expected to eat out every day, but the kitchen a dining room was so nice and convenient, we enjoyed making several meals and dining at home. Everything about this house, from landscaping to bathrooms is lovely. The community is beautiful and safe with no crowds. This is my idea of a vacation. If this property is available for my next Palm Coast vacation, I’M THERE!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I appreciated the high-end style (and private pool!) and my kids loved being able to walk down to the clubhouse. Very clean. Manager was quick to respond to our questions. Will try and stay again next year!

We stayed here September of last year. The home is beautiful, comfortable and spotless. We really enjoyed the pool and the golf course view. We also took our granddaughter to the community children's pool area, and the whole family enjoyed it! Palm Coast is a great area, close to Saint Augustine, Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Center, and we visited them all. If we get the opportunity, we will return!!!!
