Wake up in the morning to view dolphins from the master bedroom which has a queen bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and walk in closet. The 2nd bath is open to the family room. Sofa bed. The unit is a 3rd floor unit with a wrap around balcony. Decorated in fun and light Florida-style decor. A playpen and high chair are available upon request.

Return of deposit is waived if reservation is canceled within 30 days of rental period. Cleaning fee is $75 per stay. Rent due 30 days prior to arrival!

Central A/C and heating and a reserved-covered parking spot with plenty of additional guest parking also included. The complex has a pool, outdoor shower, grill, small recreation room, stairs and elevator access. No smoking. No pets.
