The unspoiled natural splendor is cherished in this picturesque 3 bedroom/1 bath home on the Weeki Wachee River with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and great room complete with cable TV, telephone (local calls only). Ceiling fans located thru the home with swimming year round right off your own dock. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet, guest bedroom has double bed and large closet, third bedroom has a single bed and closet and also day bed located in great room. Gas grill, inner tubes for floating down the river to watch the manatees on the way to the Gulf of Mexico. located on the Weeki Wachee Rivercanal only 50 yards from the main river. The canals and river can be navigated by most 23 ft or smaller water craft. There is a small boat house for a 18 ft or smaller boat and about 40 feet available directly off the back of the home. A canoe is also available.
