This beautiful fully air-conditioned 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is in Las Terazzas, directly overlooking the marina of Puerto Portals. It has panoramic sea views and has new, quality furnishings and appliances. Quality linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, TV, DVD, ample wardrobe space and enjoys fabulous sea views. Its en-suite bathroom has a bath-tub with shower, WC, washing-basin and bidet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, fitted with a bath-tub with shower, WC and a washing-basin. The living area, has a large sofa, two armchairs, a dining table seating six, satellite-TV, a VCR, DVD, CD Player/Stereo, telephone and free ADSL wireless internet access for your laptop. Sliding glass doors lead off to a huge, furnished, South-facing 50 sq m patio overlooking the sea. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all the usual small appliances.

Las Terrazas occupies a prominent position close to Portals Nous village, directly overlooking Puerto Portals Marina and comprises seven 4-storey buildings built, as the name suggests, in terraces, facing the Mediterranean Sea, each accommodating eight luxury apartments. The gated complex has a fabulous swimming pool, beautifully-maintained gardens and a private car-park. The village shops are an easy 5-minute walk away and the lively marina and the wonderfully sandy Oratori beach are reached by private steps down from Las Terrazas. The Sea-life park, Marineland, is within walking distance and the neighbouring resorts of Illetas and Bendinat to the East and Palma Nova and Magalluf to the West are reached by bus or car within 5 minutes. Palma itself is but a 10-minute drive away and the airport is reached in just 20 minutes. There are numerous agencies in both the village and the port and cars and boats of all sizes are available for rental by the day or by the week.

Smokers: Smoking is permitted on the patio and in the grounds of Las Terrazas but not inside the apartment itself.

Golf: There are a dozen golf courses within a 15 minutes drive of Portals Nous.

angaben im internet alle richtig, zustand der wohnung 1a, mieter stets erreichbar und natürlich würde ich diese wohnung jedem meiner freunde empfehlen.
besonders empfehlenswert ist tagsüber das cafe wellies.

Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, die Einrichtung ist neu, der Blick von der grossen Terrasse ist herrlich. Im Hafen gibt es immer etwas zu sehen. Eigener Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage gehört zur Wohnung. Ob man es glaubt oder nicht, in Portals kann man gut und günstig essen. Der Strand wird meistens von einheimischen besucht, man kann kleine Jollen u Surfmaterial ausleihen. Eine neue Strandbar bietet leichte Küche und leckere Getränke und einen perfekten Ausblick.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die alles bietet was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Dicht am Hafen, man ist schnell in Palma und man kann sich hier richtig wohlfühlen.

Werden wir bestimmt noch einmal buchen.
