Romantic retreat on the Intracoastal just 2 blocks to the Atlantic Ocean! If you love to sit and watch beautiful boats sail by, want to be able to walk to the beach and fine restaurants then this is the place. Located in central Boca Raton just blocks from Mizner Park, minutes to Town Center Mall and the finest restaurants. Apartment features 1 bed, 1 bath and is all tiled, kitchen has granite counters and the beautiful living area faces the water where you can watch the constant boat parade. There is one balcony facing the water and another off the master bedroom both of which have tables and chairs for dining or relaxing. Property is beautifully furnished with a leather sofa bed in the living area, dining area with seating for 4, bar stools along counter, king-size Sterns & Foster pillow top bed in the master, 2 TVs with VCR and cable, and all linens, towels, dishes, fully equipped kitchen, and much more.
