Life is a Beach... or it can be if you're in our beautiful spacious condo!!! Remodeled with carpet and furniture. Living Room is large with comfortable seating including sofa, love seat, chair with ottoman, a Lazy Boy recliner. A 35 inch TV with cable, VCR, DVD and Stereo. Dining Room is beautiful and comfortable with new glass top table and chairs. Kitchen bar with bar chairs for a quick meal or work on your computer. Master Bedroom has all new Furniture with King Bed, Luxurious Pillow Top Mattress, large TV with cable and a Master Bath. 2nd Bedroom has two full beds with TV. Linens and Towels are supplied . . . you'll need to bring your beach blankets and towels. 2nd Full Bathroom is in hallway. Full Kitchen with Telephone and Internet access. Balcony has Deluxe Furniture for your comfort. Balcony is the Best... Coffee in the AM as you watch the water, searching for the dolphins as they swim by.

Our location has one of the nicest beaches. A convenience store, two buildings down, for odds and ends. Wonderful places to go for meals available at all prices. There are lovely shops, miniature golf, Bird Sanctuary near by. Fishing and boating down the road (both renting or taking a cruise). BEST of all - THE BEACHE & WARM GULF WATERS, THE POOL, THE BALCONY to JUST RELAX & ENJOY while watching for the Dolphins to swim by!!!!

  • From $630 to $1,200.00 per week, some holidays are priced higher (add cleaning, fees , & taxes).
  • Rate quoted in U.S. Funds.
    Rates subject to change without notice.
    Rates do not include $155 cleaning fee & D.insurance , 8% FL St. Sales Tax & 4% Resort Tax.
    Rate includes 4 person occupancy ($65 per week charge for each additional person age 3 and older)
    Minimum Requirements: seven (7) night minimum is required during Highest and High Season.
    four (4) night minimum stay required during other seasons.
    Additional price added for per day charge.
    Inquire by email.
    Reservation Deposit: Deposit amounting to 30% of total sum is required at time of reservation to guarantee your stay. The balance will be due no later than thirty days prior to occupation of unit. (Travel Insurance is available for a low cost).
    Cancellations: Reservations canceled more than 45 days before arrival date will be charged a $50 handling fee. Reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to the date of occupancy will forfeit all money. We encourage Travel Ins. If Discounted Only Cashier Checks Accepted
  • We had to cancel a vacation at the last minute and we got all our money back. I do NOT travel without it.
    Security Deposit: A copy of your credit card is required for all stays for any extended damages. We have never had extended damages. Everyone who has rented, has treated our condo as they would want others to treat their home.
    Check-in time is 4 pm/Check-out 10 am Parking: only one parking space is provided, but there is public parking across the street for a small fee.
    Rates are subject to change without notice.
    Departure Fee:
    A $100 Departure Fee includes Cleaning and Local Telephone
    Sales Tax.
    12% Sales Tax applies to all rentals.
    Unavailability: If, for reasons beyond our control, the unit reserved for you becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to move you to another unit.
    Discounts and Surcharges:
    Discount offered for four weeks or more (EXCLUDING March and April)
    10% surcharge will be added to rates for holiday.

Notes: Our condo building is managed very nicely. A place you will want to return. This will become your vacation home. We get a lot of repeat vacationers and then they tell their friends and they rent also and so on. This Spring one of our repeat renters came to vacation and to get married on the beach. Dinner/drinks as you enjoy the view of the beach, Sail boats, children building sand castles and flying kites. Sunsets on the Balcony... the Very Best. Moon and Stars will light up the beach as you hear the relaxing sounds of the Gulf waters all from your private balcony.

Activities:: Enthusiasts can enjoy world-class art galleries, ballet, opera, symphony and Broadway shows. Dancing at numerous nightclubs and lounges. Professional sports include baseball, basketball, football and hockey. For another favorite Sport - shopping- local malls and our famous flea market and the Wagon Wheel.

Amenities:: Heated pool, white sandy beach and the warm gulf waters. BBQ grills with table and benches on 1st floor, elevator, Laundry facilities on every floor, internet access. Office open 9am to 5pm for your convenience, staff is very friendly with helpful information on places to see and go. Busch Gardens 35 minutes away. Walt Disney 90 miles. Excellent restaurants, as well as fast food in area. Golf Courses near by. Shopping all over.

Great stay at Indian Rocks Beach

The description of this waterfront condo is extremely detailed and accurate. We stayed there in May 2007 and absolutely loved it. The condo is in great shape and we felt at home. The beach is just downstairs and very easily accessible. The owner was always responsive to our correspondence beforehand and answered all of our questions. It felt a little risky renting a property without having actually seen it (other than the very nice photos), but this place is great. There are some restaurants nearby, but we bought some groceries upon arrival and never really felt like driving anywhere much. We liked it so much we are seeing if we can go there again this year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
