The home was exactly as described. It was extremely clean & very accessible. When at the home you felt like you were in the middle of no where. The area was very quiet. But though you felt far away there were many things in short distance. There was a plaza right down the street w/ grocery store, pharmacy, Ben & Jerry's (yes the important things!) McDonald's & I-Hop if you don't feel like cooking though cooking out on the grill was great! If you feel like gambling the fairly new Red Rock Canyon casino is maybe 10 minutes from the house. If it's more of the "Vegas feel" you are looking for, Old Downtown/Fremont St is about 15 min away & the strip is about 20 min. Both very easy to get to as the house is only a short distance from the highway. Both the real estate agent & owners were extremely nice & extremely helpful. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Great House for Vegas Vacation

My lady friends and I spent a fabulous week in this house. Spacious, 4 large bedrooms, clean - everything pretty much as shown in the photos and description. No unpleasant surprises. The owner even came over on the day we arrived to show us how to use the spa. While it is north of the strip, it is right next to the freeway and an easy, headache free drive. Close to Red Rock Canyon - a gorgeous visit. Groceries, drugstores, gas station, carwash, Starbucks and 24 hour Gym less than a mile down the road - we even walked a couple of times.

While it is in a gated community - it has very high walls and is on the corner and there is plenty of privacy to use the spa attired however you choose.

Would definitely stay and/or recommend a stay in this lovely house.

My family and I travel to Las Vegas quite often and have stayed in this rental home numerous times. We always enjoy staying here instead of staying at a hotel. Its always clean and well taken care of.
The property is just as shows in the pictures and no disappointments. Easy to book and pay for and I have even called and changed my reservations with just a phone call.
Close to a grocery store, starbucks and other retail businesses.
I would recommend to a friend or family member. I am getting ready to contact them and book another stay with them for next month.

Awesome Place to Stay

My girlfriends and I stayed here for 9 nights in May 2008 and we had a awesome time. The pictures did not do this house justice. This house was more than we expected. The layout was perfect and the owners were so nice. My friends got lost on the way to the house and called the owner for help. He and his wife not only drove to where they were lost at but then drove them to the front door of the house. How about that for excellent service! The pool was so refreshing after a day of sight seeing. The location of this house in relation to the Las Vegas Strip was just close enough. What awesome views of the city and the mountains, both at night and in the day, where just breath taking. The shopping center was just around the corner with an assortment for all ya needs. I would definitely recommend this property to all who are interested in it.

Spring Break at the Trails

Stayed here for 1 week with our 3 boys (16, 13, 11). Very clean, attractive house with large (compared to other Summerlin homes), private backyard with good size pool. The Summerlin area is perfect for families with just the right mix of shopping, golf, residential and recreational areas. No surprises in the house... it is as advertised. The only slight negative is the close proximity of the houses in the neighborhood and a few barking dogs nearby. About 15-20 minutes to the Strip, 5 minutes to lots of golf.
