Get ready to be enchanted! Bayside is a lovely Yacht Club home with French doors and upscale touches throughout. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this lovely 3 BR, 3 BA home house includes a surround sound stereo system, granite countertops, and a fireplace in the master suite. The screened lanai and pool area overlook the large private dock on Cape Coral’s 300’ wide Bimini Canal. It is not uncommon to see dolphins swimming by and a family of manatees has also been sighted on occasion! There is a resident blue heron and lots of boat traffic to make lounging pool side a constant source of entertainment.

Additional information about rental rates

  • From $215/Night. Children 18 and under free.
  • Please send me an email for an all-inclusive rate based on the length of your visit and number of guests.

    Tax of 11% is added to the rental rate. Boat check out with a licensed Coast Guard Captain (required by our insurance carrier) is $140, paid directly to the captain. Renter must replace fuel used during operation of the boat. Cleaning fee at time of departure is $125. Price includes $75 per week allowance for electricity.

    The rates listed above are for two adults and up to four children under 18 years of age. Additional adults are $100 per week more. A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is collected in with rental payment.

    A 25% non-refundable confirmation deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days in advance of arrival.

  • The master bath has granite counter tops, a commode and double shower. The hall bath has a granite dresser type basin, commode and bathtub/shower combination. The cabana bath opens to the pool deck and has a pedestal sink, commode and shower with rainwater showerhead.

  • Bayside boasts spacious bedrooms throughout. The master suite has a gas fireplace, rolltop desk work area, walk-in closet and private bath with double shower. French doors open onto the pool deck from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bedroom set with dresser, nightstands and amoire. It also has its own TV, armchair and large closet. The third bedroom has an ensuite cabana bathroom as well as french doors that open to the pool deck. It's classic wrought iron daybed has a trundle unit that can be stowed under the main unit for maximum floor space during the day and comfortable twin bed sleeping at night.

My family and I (two children of 10 and 14) stayed for two weeks at Bayside and had a fabulous holiday. The owner was very helpful prior to our visit and provided all the information I needed very quickly. The villa has a lovely family feel to it, is very roomy, is maintained to a high standard and we felt at home from day one. The villa is positioned close to the River and we spent almost every day on the boat exploring the nearby islands and keys. Although we are not experienced boaters, on day one the Captain talked us through how to navigate the waters, showed us some great routes and recommended some unique 'watering holes'. Our personal favourites were The Waterfront, Parrot Key and Rum Runners. Every amenity is nearby, shops, cinemas, and main routes to other towns. I would thoroughly recommend this property to other holiday makers.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just returned from a quick trip to Bayside. This home is a quaint gem on a beautiful channel with easy access to everything and all the upgrades. Sunsets are amazing! From the boat we saw manatee, dolphins and a mantaray! The trip to North Captiva is an easy day trip even for an inexperienced boater. We had a great time, very relaxing and fun. Vicki and Carol provide everything you need with a kind voice. Captain Ron provides a plethera of local knowledge as well as boating information. This home was awesome for two couples but would be great for two small families (or one large) as well. ENJOY!
Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed yourselves. Taking the boat rental that comes with our Cape Coral rental homes out and about is one of our favorite things to do, too. Getting out on the water early and often is the best way to see dolphins and all the water wildlife. So glad you took full advantage of it all. Come back soon.

We stayed at Bayside for the first time in late 2007 although we have rented the owners other prperty, Villa Foster, a number of times in the past.
Bayside has a great position just off the ain river with plenty of passing boaters and wildlife to see. I think we saw manitee nearly every day and fishing from the boat deck is always a good way to pass the odd hour.
This villa has all you could need for a great stay. As with their other property personal touches give a homely feel which you do not get with most holiday accomodation.
The boat that comes with the villa gives you the chance to see another side of this coastline which you will not see from the land. Great for fishing and wildlife,you always see dolphins. Do not miss this chance even if you are not boaters.The training from local boat captains is comprehensive and if you stick to it I am sure you will have no probems and be hooked as we are.
Great value property, just don't book it when we want it, which we will again!

We LOVED this house! Peaceful, beautiful, clean, well equipped, ready when we arrived and everything worked including the washer/dryer, dishwasher and boat!
