Luxury log mountain home located in Arkansas River valley area between Salida and Monarch. 3 BR, 2 Bath. Huge wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided!). Open loft with complete entertainment center, including surround sound and satellite service. All wood interior with hardwood floors and log walls. Both bedrooms downstairs are carpeted. Spectacular views from front And back decks. Home is completely furnished, all amenities provided, including free high speed Internet service and firewood!!!!

  • Seasonal: $150-220+ per night. Week or longer stays allow for discounted pricing.
    We have no minimum stay, but stays of less than 3 nights, add $75 cleaning fee.
    Spring & Autumn - Low season rate ($150) is for four guests; Call or email for quote/specials.
    All pricing is based on 4 person occupancy. Over four guests, additional fees apply
    All prices subject to change until confirmed--So, call today & reserve!
  • For 2009:
    Sept. - December 17 - $150/nt for up to 4 ppl; (Over 4, add'l fees per person, per nt. apply)
    * Keep in mind that one night's lodging is due as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • The king bedroom is upstairs and has a walk-in closet where a roll away bed in stored, as well as a blow-up bed, for additional sleeping options. There is a full size bathroom upstairs, between the bedroom and loft. The loft has a full-size futon with extra cushioning for comfortable sleeping! The queen and trundle bedrooms are on the main (first) floor. The aspen log trundle bed may be used as one twin bed, pulled out for 2 'split-level' twins or popped up for a king-sized bed. The living room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The Arkansas River Valley is known as 'Banana Belt' because of its mild winter climate, while just west up Hwy. 50 (7-8 miles from Mountain Manor) is Monarch Ski Resort, the second most heavily snowed site in the state of Colorado. Where else can you play a round of golf in the morning in a light sweater, and downhill ski later that afternoon? Follow that up with a hot springs bath and massage, and later dine in a gourmet restaurant in town. All of the luxuries of Aspen, Breckenridge, and Vail at a fraction of the cost, in a place that is home to some of the friendliest and most down-to-earth folks you could ever hope to meet!
