Our villa is situated on the quiet residential development of Clear Creek, yet only 15 minutes to Disney World. Just off the US 192 and US 27. At the entrance to the estate there is a Winn Dixie supermarket with a pharmacy and photo processing, a pizza takeaway, bank and post office are within easy reach. The beaches on the Atlantic Coast along with Kennedy Space Center are only about an hours drive away. Busch Gardens and the Gulf coast resorts of Clearwater and St Petersburg can be reached in less than 90 minutes. Near by are several good Golf Courses.

The villa is in a quiet residential area, just off the U.S. 27, but it is within very easy reach of all the theme parks and the 192 west where there are plenty of dining options. Lake Louisa national park is within 10 minutes drive, and Clermont is a charming place to visit with its lakes. Within 5 minutes drive is a Wal-Mart, and a number of Supermarkets and Banks.

Amenities: Amenities: The villa is fully equipped, beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has its own private screened swimming pool, which overlooks the conservation area to the rear, and as a bonus is south facing so very sunny!! The villa has a large family room with digital TV/DVD player. Kitchen : Fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, full oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc. a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Additional Information : There are 3 bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, digital TV/DVD full-size walk in wardrobe and full bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, wardrobes. TV Bedroom 3: Two Single Beds with TV/DVD/Nintendo cube system. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full Bathroom. Attraction tickets can be bought from the local Management company just around the corner. TVs, Video/DVD Player, Nintendo system, Private Screened Pool, Fully Furnished Pool Area, Free Local Telephone Calls, Two-Car Garage, Air-Conditioning Throughout, Conservation Area and Quiet Cul-de-Sac. Activities:The villa is less than 4 miles from Clermont National Park, where there are lovely walks, and picnic areas, in unspoiled Lakeland. Disney is less than 15 minutes away. And either coast can be reached within less than 2 hours drive. Area: The villa is close to supermarkets, banks, post office, hairdressers, and International Drive is approximately 30 minutes drive.

WOW!!!!

What a great location and really easy to find! We have just spent 2 weeks there and we will definately be staying there again. The house is clean & comfortable and its welcome book is informative.

The management company are really knowledgeable and helpfull. There is a super market at the top of the site and a Walmart/Asda at the next lights.
Easy access to the 192, can be in Disney in 10 minutes and Starbucks at Celebration in 15 minutes!

This is a jewel of a house and highly recommended.

We saw the hot air ballons from the pool and the family of craines, (birds) wandering about.
