Our immaculate, oversized Oceanfront Condo features many breathtaking views! Wander onto our private, oversized, front deck (with seating for 8) to relax while enjoying an outstanding view of the ocean! On a daily basis, schools of dolphins are moving along the shore line and can easily be seen from the deck and living room. Then move to our private, oversized, rear deck to bask in the beautiful bay view while enjoying an evening snack or at any time. Our Oceanfront Condo is oversized and boasts 14-foot cathedral ceilings with skylights, full kitchen, living room, dining room, den, two bedrooms, two full baths, and don't forget those beautiful oversized decks. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and we even provide a full-size sleeper sofa. This allows for comfortable accommodations for up to six of you. Additional amenities include free internet connection, 4 TVs with cable, a stereo system, free long distance calling VCR, DVD with a video library of 100 titles for your use.

Visit The Pirates Den or The Oceanfront or Steak 38 which offer sunset specials every season. Don’t forget to check out Aversa’s Italian Bakery for all of those scrumptious rolls and sweets! Wildlife abounds on the island and is protected in its natural settings. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the community park and tennis courts, the an aquatic club and the 6 marinas. The Links which is a true Scottish Link course , is one of the finest in the area. Beaches at Brigantine are the real reason the island has become popular. Notes: We have a 12 by 24 foot oceanfront deck with fabulous views of the ocean and the island and the Atlantic City skyline. The rear deck which is on the bayside provides more fabulous views of the island and also the Borgata and other casinos. The 3rd floor which is serviced by an elevator provides 14 foot vaulted ceilings in both the oceanfront living room and master bedroom. The condo is fully loaded with all the amenities and comforts of home.

Brigantine Magic: Ten years ago we were looking to purchase a shore property in New Jersey and stopped in Atlantic City for some lunch. By some miracle of chance (and curiosity), we happened over a bridge to a small barrier island and the rest is history, as they say! Once we crossed that pathway and discovered Brigantine- we knew why they call this tiny island- New Jersey’s Best Kept Secret! Brigantine offers a quiet retreat from the bustle of everyday life. You won’t find any arcades or boardwalks or bustling nightlife and loud crowds. This is a quaint residential community filled with families who live here year round and fill the parks with soccer and baseball games. Holidays are treated to old fashioned parades and a sense of community spirit with live entertainment in the park on hot summer nights.

We Love To Eat: One of our favorite eateries on the island is the Pirates’ Den located across the ocean on the north end of the island. Located directly across the beach- you can hear the ocean and dive into one of their unique menu items! What we especially appreciate about the restaurants on Brigantine is the great service, food and range of fair prices as well as their casual atmospheres. Most are opened year round which provides a relaxed family feel rather than the fast-paced vacation seasonal eateries

We Love to Relax: Our direct oceanfront condo in the Ocean 21 building provides the best part of a Brigantine vacation. Our top floor unit provides the most breathtakingly beautiful sunrises that just glistens dashes of reds and gold colors across the morning sea. The panoramic views from our large deck will enable the photographer in you to come alive with the dolphins which regularly pass by the shores, We are just steps to the beach and often set up chairs - come back to the condo to have lunch on the deck-while watching our umbrellas waving along the beach. Of course there are lifeguards and ocean activity- but the beach in front of our unit- truly provides one of expansive privacy. We love this laid back and unhurried island and are sure you will too! We spend much of our time on our 24 by 12 oceanfront deck enjoying the views and sounds, or walking the miles of open beaches or relaxing in many of the excellent restaurants. Brigantine truly is New Jersey’s best kept secret!

This Place is a Dream!

If you are looking for a condo that is quiet, very clean, right on the beach, with a view of the ocean that is picture perfect, then this is right place, you need to look no further! The owner has made this condo the perfect vacation spot, thinking of everything you need, and even the things you don't think of. My family actually stayed here two weeks this year, once in June and one week in August. It is fantastic. Brigantine is such a wonderfully relaxing place, with private, clean beaches, and enough restaurants so that you never have to leave the island. When you cross the bridge from Atlantic City, it is as if you entered a whole new world...leaving all of the stresses of life behind. Ocean 21 is a modern, well maintained condo with very pleasant neighbors, and only minutes from everything to make your vacation memorable. I am happy to say we are going to become annual vistors here for our family vacations. I thank the owner for making the entire process simple, and for being very concerned for making sure we had a great time, and for investing in a rental property that makes you feel right at home! And we did indeed!

We have some folks who have visited us every year for the 10 years we have owned the condo. Because we are on the 3rd floor and right on the ocean our condo is great to rent anytime of the year. I agree with all the reviews that have already been written & can't think of anything else to say except that the owner has indeed thought of everything! My family enjoys our stay there because of the security of the building, the location, the views & the cleanliness. I have rented many condos at various New Jersey beaches but this one is by far the exception. We have rented the condo three or four times before and plan on going back each year.

Great family vacation spot

My family and I love this place. The first time we stayed at the condo we were blown away by how clean and well maintained the unit was. The owner has thought of everything to make you feel at home, right down to providing hair dryers, iron/ironing board, videos, even night lights. The kitchen has everything you need and more. I think it's better equipped than my own kitchen at home. There's no fighting about what to watch on TV since there are 4 of them, including an HD set with a DVR. The owner is just a phone call away. I was quite impressed this year when I called him and told him one of the TV sets was missing a remote. He immediately sent someone over with one. My grandchildren loved the beach. They were also very excited to see dolphins swimming by the front of the condo. Brigantine Island has any number of great restaurants. We particularly enjoy breakfast at the Pirates Den. The location of the condo allows us to walk to the local convenience store, the CVS and also church. I highly recommend this unit and know that you will be as highly satisfied as my family. We already have our reservations for next year.
Owner's Response: We strive to provide all the comforts of home in our condo. This is why you will find all the decor,furniture and appliances are updated. Additionally we have added a large screen TV with premium channels, unlimited long distance phone service,hi speed internet access,beach badges and a video library all at no cost. We always ask for feedback after the visit and attempt to implement suggestions if possible. At this point most of our visitors are repeat or referred to us which is the best testimonial.

Being native New Jerseyeans we hhave vacationed up and down the Jersey shore
for many years and this is one of our favorite spots. The unit owners have thought of everything when it comes to relaxing, from movies, appliances, deck chairs, cleanliness and a beautiful ever changing view of the ocean. The island is a perfect getaway from the hustle of everyday life but close enough to the action of the Casinos or a trip into Cape May. You'll love it!
