Great for 'snowbirds', business assignments and family vacations alike, this beautiful home is convenient to all that North Scottsdale has to offer. Kierland Commons, this area's superstar of shopping areas, contains Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Sur la Table and dozens of other shops. The Borgata and Fashion Square are also nearby. You have your pick right here of some of the finest Scottsdale restaurants such as P.F. Chang's, Morton's of Chicago and many other fabulous restaurants. Light and airy, with a heated pool, the home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite leads out to the lush backyard and pool area and is furnished with queen bed with the adjoining master bath having a walk-in shower and corner tub. The second bedroom has another queen and the third bedroom is complete with two singles. The living room is large and well furnished complete with cable TV and DVD, fireplace.

This home is located in a quiet area of Kierland just south of Greenway Parkway and west of Scottsdale Road. You can walk to Kierland Commons upscale shopping center and Fashion Square Mall and the Borgata are close as well. This area contains very high end shops, restaurants, resorts and golf courses. A straight drive north about 15 minutes or east for the same distance will put you on 101 which encircles the whole Phoenix/Scottsdale area and eventually takes you north to Cave Creek, Carefree, Sedona, or south to the university, stadiums, Chandler and Tucson.

The pool area gets sun all day long, so whether you enjoy taking that morning dip in the pool before starting your day or love entertaining your family and friends at night on the patio, the gorgeous landscaping of this yard will make your entire stay a great experience. This home comes complete with all linens and towels and other amenities that make your vacation enjoyable. There is no much to do for everyone in your family or group. The children will love visiting Old Town Scottsdale or Rawhide 1880's Western Town, and there are numerous outdoor adventures to enjoy for the entire family such as the Wildlife Park and Zoo. If golf is your love, then there are almost 200 courses in the area such as Kierland Golf Club, Troon North, and Grayhawk.

For the more adventuresome, hike any of the beautiful mountain ranges, go rock climbing, backpacking in the Sonoran Preserve, experience some of our wild west tours or horseback riding or enjoy a hot air balloon ride over the area. For more thrills, you can go rafting at the Salt River. If you are staying for an extended period, just get on the 101 and take a ride out to the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, see the Petrified Forest, or enjoy watersports at Saguaro Lake. For more cultural activities, visit Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West, the Desert Botanical Garden or any number of area museums. And don't miss downtown Scottsdale Art & Shopping Districts with the best in art and antiques.

We rented this home for the month of March, 2009. Upon arrival, the entire home was immaculate and very well stocked. It is one of the few rentals we have stayed in that even had more than enough closet hangars. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, baking items, dishes, flatware, etc. Linens and towels are high quality and enhance the overall comfort of the home. The property owner/manager is available locally and is extremely responsive to any request. Landscaping and pool maintenance are contracted and worry-free for tenants. The home is simply, but tastefully, furnished providing for easy cleaning and daily maintenance. The property is well located and convenient to grocery and other shopping and restaurants. A large nearby park has tennis courts and other recreational facilities. The property exceeded our expectations, and our overall experience was excellent. I would recommend it to others (as long as they do not want it in March!).
