This 4000 sq ft Home has 3 BR and 3.5 BA, with king size beds in two rooms and 2 twin beds in the third, double walk in master room closet, and private bathrooms in two rooms. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made upon request. There also is a family room, living room, formal dining room, spacious kitchen, Laundry Room, and large Game/TV Room, all situated on 1.25 acres. The property has room for your RV, and pets will be very comfortable in the back yard. The home has beautiful stained wood trim, doors, and cabinets, carpet and tile throughout the house, and a fireplace. A large covered patio overlooks the pool and spacious back yard. The Arizona sunsets are especially beautiful from our back yard vantage point. The neighborhood is very quiet with homes on .5 to 1.25 acre lots, but it also is situated in close proximity to entertainment, dining, shopping, and recreational opportunities.

Spacious and comfortable 1970's home

This home was great for our family gathering. We had 4 couples and 1 single person all staying at the house. One couple slept on the 2 sofas (not sleepers) in the family room. The master bedroom was huge! large enough for extra persons, if needed. The 3.5 bathrooms were very handy. 2 had fancy Roman style showers- cool! There was not a normal bathtub, but the roman showers can be used as such, if needed.
The kitchen was plenty large enough to accommodate extra company (14) for our dinner gatherings, and was well stocked with the usual appliances plus coffeemaker, blender and juicer. The out door covered patio and BBQ area was wonderful- our favorite hang out each day. It had a large picnic table and a round table. There was plenty of outdoor seating in the shade, or in the sun around the pool.
The house has retained its1970's California Ranch feel, which I found to be quaint. That could be why the rental price is so reasonable. But aside from some minor issues, it was generally in good repair. If you want brand new and modern furnishings, then this house is not for you.
Only down side- pool was not heated, but we got used to it. Also, for little children (toddlers) the pool did not really have a shallow end. Bring a plastic wading pool for the babies.
There was a volleyball area in the grass, and citrus trees.
Overall, we liked this house a lot and the owner was very helpful and accommodating as well.
The location was great- in an older respectable, quiet neighborhood, complete with large lots, huge trees, chirping birds, and grass!

We just finished a stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We couldn't have been more impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness, and beauty of this property. The owners are really nice, and the neighborhood is the best in the Mesa area.

This was the perfect house to stay while planning my daughters wedding so far from home. Plenty of storage room, 2 fridges. Huge house. Very comfortable and Rick made sure any needs were met while giving us our space. Very private and quiet. The kids loved the pool. Have already reccomended to a few. Thanks for everything!!

I am soooo pleased to have found this property on VRBO.....it made me the hero of the family reunion.

This property has much more to offer than the description allows. It is incredibly spacious and gracious, and the owners couldn't be more hospitable. From the extra bedding, to a large crab pot, they were always right there to lend a hand.

we've already decided to make this home our Mesa home away from home, and so has everyone else we showed the home to, so book it while you can!

This home was all it was advertised and more. Six family members from Virgina, Nebraska and California stayed for a week, and we found it spacious, homey and well-stocked with amenities to make our vacation next to perfect. We have all agreed this is our pick again for next yr.
