A beautiful two-story condo on the bay located on a quiet dead end street behind the Key West Yacht Club. This furnished unit at Bay Villas has been completely renovated and is located a short distance from area restaurants, shops and beaches. The bottom floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living room/dining room with two double sliding glass doors leading out to a huge private wooden deck which sits directly above the sea wall and is a short distance from the swimming pool. The living room is equipped with a queen sleep sofa and a half bath to accommodate additional guests. The upstairs has two bedrooms, each with it's own full bath. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and has access to a balcony overlooking the bay. A second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The unit comes with a private parking space and a 31 ft boat slip (#13), one of fourteen boat slips located directly behind Bay Villas and the adjacent condominium building.
