Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices are for 2 persons, each person more is 90 Euro/week. Children under 3 are free. The furniture security (200 Euro) will be given back to you at departure, deducted by the charges for electricity and gas (by meter reading).
  • Bed linen and towels are included for a 7 night stay. When renting for less than 7 days a payment of 10 Euro per person is required for bed linen and towels.
  • Additional costs: 60 Euro for final cleaning and a daily local tax of 1 Euro per person is to be paid to the caretaker after arrival. The local tax is for people of 15 years and over. A furnish security of 200 Euro is to be paid.

Ski: The Kreischberg Cable Car ski-lift is ten minutes walking distance from the cottage. There are 27 km of ski slopes for skiers and snowboarders to choose from. The children can enjoy the Dino Park, the Winter Ghost Trail and the Alice in Wonderland area. The World Championships in snowboarding were held here in 2003 and the World Cup Circus visited here in 2004. You can rent ski and snowboard equipment in town and there are various different ski schools to choose from.

Golf: From June 2006 you can play golf in St-Lorenzen.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles da, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu erleben. Wir möchten uns auch noch mal für die reibungslose Abwicklung von der Bezahlung bis zur Rückerstattung der Kaution bedanken. Wir werden Ihr Ferienhaus mit Sicherheit weiterempfehlen.“ *** Herr Torsten Reuter aus Mainhausen schrieb: „Nach Rückkehr aus einem tollen Winterurlaub möchte ich die Gelegenheit nutzen, Ihnen unsere Begeisterung über Ihr Ferienhaus in St. Lorenzen mitzuteilen. Wir (2 Erw, 2 Kinder) können auch nach drei Winterurlauben am Kreischberg das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Nicht nur die Ausstattung des Hauses, auch die Lage und Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind gut und für Familien absolut geeignet: die Wintersport-Infrastruktur ebenso wie Gastronomie und alternative Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Dazu passen die Preisstrukturen in der Region .

Wer keine Apres-Ski-Nightlife sucht, ist hier richtig.
