Great Villa, has everything you need

We spent 11 days at Villas del Sol. The new owners, Bruce and Elaine are great people and you know that they really want their guests to have a great time. The Villas are a short walk to the beach (1.5 blocks) and you can stroll by street or beach to the "downtown" area in an easy 10 minutes. The Decameron is about 1.5 blocks away and IS NOT noisy at all. If you are outside at night you may hear some music, but not all the time and it isn't even noticeable. The villas always had purified water, and are very clean. The beds are comfortable, it has great air conditioning that we didn't really need, as the ceiling fans were sufficient. The pool is heated and there you can sit in shade or sun. All the staff are friendly, helpful and the place is immaculate at all times. You can use the bbq and fridge by the pool, and there is a complimentary phone. You have the feeling of privacy and security (in fact there is a safe in your room) at all times. There are so many places to eat, all in walking distance. The beach is just down the street. The bus is close by, bank, liquor store, groceries etc. You do not need a car at all. The offer to have our fridge stocked with beer, and the welcome lunch were a nice touch. We did not have to run out for groceries until the next day. We would definitely stay with Bruce and Elaine again. (p.s., If you want to go on an excursion, visit Scott's in downtown, as he does not do time share). If you want privacy, quiet, cleanliness, a pool, security, with lots to do within short walking distance, this is the place.
