Our detached house with approx. 1200 m² of grounds is situated in the middle of an olive grove. One terrace is in the shade of olive trees, a second by reeds. The apartment’s surface covers 65 m². The olive town of Dolcedo has a pharmacy, bank, small grocery shops and a few pubs and can be reached on foot through olive trees in 15 minutes. There is also a bus route near the house. Imperia is 7,5 km away and is well-populated all year with large markets,lots of shops and a gorgeous old town. Apart from the lovely coast of Riviera Ponente with its famous resorts of Alassio, Laiguellia, Diano Marino, San Remo, nearby Monaco and France there are also lots of cultural and nature activities in this area (hiking an cycling paths) to discover. An all-year mild climate and thriving vegetation are features of the area.
