My family rented 2 of the oceanfront units during Spring Break in Texas-March 2008. Both units were very nice, location great, TC was very helpful in renting the unit to us. All went great. Parking was hard but always is in Newport Beach where parking is at a premium. Plan on renting there again in 2009.

You would be delighted to rent here.

We had a group of 17 people and rented all three villas of this complex. We were very happy with the unit, location was right on the beach and amenities were exactly as described. Only thing garage will only fit 3 vehicles but there is a parking area very close, and laundry is coin operated so bring lots of quarters. Would stay there again and recommend to others.
