Privately owned beautiful condo in Coral Beach!! Newly renovated with new fridge, stove, ceiling Fan, new queen size and double size beds. Gorgeous view of the Ocean and Gardens. we are a 15 min walk to Port Lucaya where there are straw markets, restaurants, bars, bands every night under the stars, casino and a marina. Or you can walk on the Beach from our Condo in 10 min. to one of the most popular hotels with 3 Pools, Restaurants Bars, water sports, fishing etc. If you like to be peaceful and quite just stay right here on our beach and enjoy the pool and pool bar and happy hour everyday from 4-6 pm. Amenities: We have been going to the Bahamas for years and this is by far our favorite spot !!!!!! Enjoy !!! Nice new kitchen with fridge, stove, ceiling fan, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishes etc. Beautiful dining room table to eat at under the stars. Laundry on each floor, Linens beach chairs, pool, pool bar, exercise room, internet access, cable tv, internet, radio, A/C, security and parking. We have 2 condo's so if you are a group we have plenty of room !!!!! Thank you Lianne and Kitty Green Owners

Activities & Area: All on a Beautiful quiet beach with huts and chairs And much, much, more !!!! Swimming, Fishing, boating,beach volleyball,gym, parasailing, bananaboating,walking for miles on the beautiful white sand beach !! and much much more !!!! 1 Mile from port lucaya where there are straw markets, shopping, restaurant's on the water ! bars, marina, casino, and a native band that plays for you evrey night under the stars !!!

Golf: Walking distance to a Beautiful golf course !
