Our comfortable vacation home is located in the small villa-park 'De Witteberg.' It consists of 36 single houses with spacious properties, grouped around a pond. The house is not only architecturally outstanding, it is very individually, tastefully, and comfortably furnished. The living room is located on the ground floor. It has a number of cozy seating arrangements, a color television with cable and a music console with a CD and DVD player. The complete kitchen is practical and naturally provided with all amenities. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an extra shower. The entrance area has a separate toilet, a combined washing machine and dryer and a wardrobe. The upper floor has a spacious second bedroom, suitable for two people, a shower and an additional small bedroom for the kids.

Notes: The villa-park 'De Witteberg“ is ideal for those who are seeking space, comfort, and peace. In order to appreciate the quiet, and to provide a secure environment in which children can play on the large lawns, the playground, or the water facilities, the park is kept free of cars. Cars are kept on reserved parking spots at the entrance to the park. Large hand-carts are provided in a covered area in the parking lot. These may be used to transport baggage or shopping to the house. There are two holiday supermarkets near the park, a bicycle rental, tennis courts, as well as rustic restaurants and bars. You can take the car or bicycle through shady woods to the long, wide, sandy beach (free parking). The 'Ecomare' environmental protection center, with its seal breeding station, is located just 'around the corner,' as is the island's capital, Den Burg, with its winding alleys and many shops. All of this is easily reached by bicycle.

Geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtetes Haus

Von der Einrichtung des Hauses gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen
sehr sauber, neu und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich
von Beginn an wohlfühlt.
Für ältere Menschen ist jedoch die Treppe nach oben etwas steil
meine Mutter 81 mußte unten einquartiert werden und in den oberen Räumen fehlt eine Toilette - trotz dieser kleinen Mankos haben wir
eine sehr erholsame Urlaubswoche in diesem Haus verbracht.

Immer wieder gerne

Seit über 10 Jahren fahren wir nach Texel und das liegt auch daran, dass wir dieses Haus entdeckt haben. Es liegt optimal, so dass man mit dem Fahrrad schnell in Den Burg, De Koog oder am Strand ist. Und gleichzeitig liegt es in einem kleinen, ruhigen Park mit ausreichendem Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, die schnell Anschluss finden.
So sind wir denn auch Stammgast und aus unseren Babys sind nun Teenager geworden. Die Begeisterung der ganzen Familie ist ungebrochen und das liegt auch an den netten Gastgebern, die mit viel Liebe ihr Haus eingerichtet haben und auch immer wieder verschönern. Jedes Jahr fragen wir uns, was wohl neues dazu gekommen ist oder renoviert wurde. So wurde dieses Jahr ein Schlafzimmer komplett neu gestaltet und auch WLAN gibt es nun.
Der Urlaub ist erst zwei Wochen her, aber wir freuen uns bereits auf das nächste Jahr und planen schon, wann wir wieder nach Texel in unser Urlaubsparadies können

Wir besuchen Texel seit Jahren und freuen uns jedes Mal auf dieses herrliche Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist überaus liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt deutlich über dem Standard anderer Häuser. Hier spürt man, dass die Eigentümer das Haus mit sehr viel Liebe gestalten.
Es ist immer sehr sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Jedes Mal, wenn wir dort wohnen, stellen wir fest, dass wieder etwas geändert wurde. In diesem Jahr gab es WLAN. Toll!!

Wir wohnen sehr gerne dort und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Texel und dieses Haus sind für uns seit Jahren ein "Muss".
Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig. Es ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal, um dann wieder weitere positive Entwciklungen im Haus zu entdecken und sich wieder wohl zu fühlen.

Wir besuchen Texel und speziell dieses Haus seit vielen Jahren. wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wurde im Laufe der Zeit immer perfekter ausgestattet . Die Informationen zum Haus und Texel sind gerade in 2009 komplett überarbeitet worden und haben selbst uns, die Texel sehr gut kennen überzeugt.
Das Haus war immer sehr sauber und in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Auch wurde in diesem Jahr eine schnelle WLAN Internet Verbindung geschaffen. Die Angaben in der Anzeige entsprechen den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen. Wir werden auch in Zukunft in dieses Haus immer wieder gerne zurückkehren. Einfach empfehlenswert.
