Our nicely decorated, fully stocked vacation rental provides all the comforts of home and includes washer and dryer in the unit. We are conveniently located near all the attractions, restaurants and shopping galore. Just bring clothes and sunscreen-everything you need is in the villa. We are only 4 miles to Disney World /MGM Studios/Epcot Center and pleasure Island. Located just off Route 192 so It is a short drive to Universal studios, Sea world, Water world, City Walk, International Drive, Islands of Adventure, Gator land, Golf courses, Bush Gardens, and the Kennedy Space Center and a short drive to both Tampa/Clear Water beach and Coco Beach. My name is Maria my stay at this Villa was great the service was very good the great thing about this location it is close to everything and the apartment was really nice.
I plan to come back soon.

well i just want to write on my stay at florida. i really enjoy the location of the villa it had wat we wanted. activities, restaurants and disney parks were all close by. perfect location. the rooms were perfect for us. we felt we were home from home. there is only one negative i experience was getting to the villa, directions were mainly for cominf from the airport. not coming from the turnpike. other then that i really enjoy my stay thanks again jesse

The condo was all we expected and more. This was our first trip to Disney and we really had a great time. The condo was only minutes away and was very close to all of the resturants and grocery stores. The unit was very clean and well kept. It was very spacious and made for a relaxing environment after a long day. I have yet to find another deal as good as what you offer as far as price and quality. Thanks for allowing us into your vacation home and we look forward to staying with you in the future if we are in the area.

hi randy- we all had a wonderful time. The condo was everything and more than we had expected. We were all comfortable and always enjoyed coming back home to the condo after a long day sightseeing. Thank you very much for helping make our family vacation one that we will always remember.

I was worried about coming to Orlando without my husband and staying in a strange place, but your villa was great. I never worried one minute about where we were staying once I got there. It was so nice being able to have our own rooms and having washer and dryer was just great. The two younger kids loved the pool. I must admit it was really nice in the pool area. They were sealing the parking lot while we were there but it was done quickly and the only problem we had was that we had to park across the street for one night. The staff was very friendly and I would definetly stay here again. It was clean and quiet and we had a wonderful week. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
