There are 2 single rooms, 2 double rooms, 4 two-bed rooms and 1 couch bed in the additional, second living room (with second kitchen and passage to further room). Further you find to 1 bath with tub, showers and 2 wash basins; 1 bath with shower, wash basin and WC and 1 shower in one of the double rooms. There are 3 separate WC, in each case with wash basins and a sauna for 5 to 6 persons. Heart of the mansion is the very generous living and dining-room with large commune table, cosy fire-place area and Sat-TV. Separate winter garden with panoramic window. The modern furnished kitchen has dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing part, gas cooker with integrated oven, microwave and toaster. There is a terrace, a balcony and a garden/park.

The villa is situated at the board of the rural village of Mernes, part of the popular cure and holiday resort Bad Soden-Salmuenster (8 km; bus connection). In walking distance of the villa are a restaurant, a food shop, a baker and a butcher (up to 500 m distance). The village disposes of a heated outdoor-swimming centre, an equestrian farm, as well as topic hiking ways (mushrooms, butterflies; altogether over 200 km hiking routes).
