Photos and Description of this Clearwater holiday Great Beach Cottage Under A Minute Walk To The Beach

A beach cottage located on the North end Clearwater Beach. It's just steps from the beach. It's unique charm is in the setting. An old structure, 1925 vintage that's been updated to modern day age. The walls are old hard wood and the floor has been updated to ceramic tile. Just outside the entrance to the cottage is a mini-courtyard, an area to sun, relax and maybe read a favorite book. You are within walking distance to many fine, casual and laid back restaurants. There are many different types of shopping boutiques and plenty of beach activities for your entertainment. In the early evening you can go to our famous Pier 60 where you can help celebrate our beautiful sunsets. It's just a short 10 minute beach walk away. We have miles of beach for you to enjoy.

What a charming wonderful little 4-plex! Clean, quiet and steps from beach. Swim in the morning in the gulf, enjoy the Tampa Bay attractions during the day, walk on the beach in the moonlight at night.
Absolutely the perfect beach experience.
This is a quaint and delightful property with updated kitchen. My stay at the Coconut Palm Villa was perfect. I'll be back.

This great cottage was perfect! Only a half block to the beach on a quiet street. I'm a woman, traveling alone and felt very safe every minute. Close to restaurants and shopping. The owner was very nice and helpful. Even my teenagers said I looked relaxed when I got home! That's a vacation!!

All the amenities of home. Spotlessly clean. Great neighborhood, so close to the beach. Highly recommend. Owner a dream to work with.
