Cana Clarana is on the first floor of a detached typical Majorcan house with a well-maintained Mediterranean garden all around. You enter the apartment via your own entrance. All rooms are airy with wooden beams and wrought iron bars. 50 m² ground surface contains a large bed/living room with built-in cupboard, safe and satellite TV, a shower bathroom with washing machine and a living/dining room with American kitchen. Everything is in typical warm Majorcal colours. The terrace is 30 m² and south-west facing with sun shade and garden furniture, and a fantastic view of the countryside, the village and the sea, as well as the natural beach at Es Trenc and the offshore island of Cabrera. Protected from all snoopers, you can even sunbathe without your dressing gown. You’ll have peace and quiet in your apartment at Cana Clarana. The owners live on the ground floor and will be happy to help you.

This is a tranquil (not tourist), well-established fishing town in the south of Majorca. We have the best fish restaurants and the longest Caribbean beaches. The infrastructure of Sa Rapita includes a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent and bank. Swimming baths with children’s pool and tennis courts are provided. In nearby Campos there are lots of shops, and twice a week there’s a vegetable market and on Saturdays a flea market. In the south of the island it rains less than elsewhere on the island and we get sea winds that always produce a light breeze in the village, which allows hot days to pass without too much heat. Twice a day there’s a bus to Palma.

Erholung pur!

Abseits aller nervigen Autos und des Mallorca-Trubels kann man sich in dieser nett eingerichteten, sauberen Wohnung sehr wohlfühlen. Fenster nach allen Richtungen ermöglichen es, auch im Hochsommer ohne Klimaanlage auszukommen, da man immer auf Durchzug stellen kann. Nachts kommt meist ablandiger Wind ins Schlafzimmer.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal durch die höhere Lage und der Blick bis zum Meer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit aber in keiner Weise aufdringlich. Zum Empfang stand Rotwein bereit und Wasser im Kühlschrank.
Wir sind meistens essen gegangen, obwohl die Restaurants in der Nähe nicht gerade billig sind.
Der Strand ist ein Traum. Keine Verschmutzungen durch Plastik, auch nicht im Wasser, wie wir es schon an anderen mallorkinischen Stränden erlebt haben. (Traumhaft jedoch auch der Preis für Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen: 14 Euro) Da es keine großen Hotels gibt, ist er nicht überlaufen. Nur am Wochenende kommen die Mallorkiner aus Palme, dann ist es etwas voller, aber immer noch akzeptabel.
Wir können diese Unterkunft und Umgebung jederzeit weiterempfehlen, wenn man keinen Wert auf Luxus, Discos oder Animation legt.

Schöne Aussicht und Ruhe

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht die Angaben vom Vermieter.
Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung optimal. Die Dachterasse ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Stühle, Tischen usw.
Da das Haus am nördlichen Rand von Sa Rapita liegt ist es hier sehr ruhig.
Die Vermieterin gibt bei Bedarf gerne Auskunft über den Ort, z.B. Empfehlungen wo man gut und preiswer essen kann(Xaloc).
Der Abstand zum Meer, Geschäfte und Strandstrasse ist gut 1 km. Zum Hafen und Sandstrand ein wening mehr.
Im Ort gigt es 2 kleinere Lebenmittelgeschäfte, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Bank, Mehrere Restaurants und Cafes.
Fahrräder kann man in Colonia Sant Jordi mieten.

Grössere Einkäufe kann man in Campos (Eroski) oder in Llucmajor (Mercadona) erledigen.

Auto ist vom Vorteil aber es gibt Busverbindungen nach Palma ein paar mal am Tag.

Diese für zwei Personen gerade ausreichend große Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr naturnah, sauber und mit allem was man braucht. Für Ruhesuchende geradezu ideal, besonders hervorzuheben auch die große Terrasse mit Blick über den ganzen Ort bis zum Meer.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Urlauber, die so wie wir dem allgemeinen Trubel entkommen und Mallorca kennenlernen wollen.
