Photos and Description of this Fort Lauderdale holiday villa Newly renovated 3-bdrm, 2-bth villa w/ pool, ocean access dock

The waterfront villa is located on canal in quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood within easy access to Ft. Lauderdale beaches as well as downtown Ft. Lauderdale River Walk and the numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and museums. Multiple recreational opportunities are within a short driving distance including more than 40 golf courses, public tennis courts, SCUBA diving boats, deep sea and fresh water fishing as well as catamaran and windsurfing. The private pool and deck are access from villa entrance and are above dock on the canal just off the New River. The sideyard patio comes with barbecue gas grill and is great for cookouts. There is also an exercise machine as well as a stationary bicycle. Two bicycles also come with the house. Miami Beach is only 25 minutes away. Ft. Lauderdale airport is a 10-minute drive and the Miami International Airport is only 25 minutes away.

The Fort Lauderdale area as often been described as the Venice of the United States as well as the boating capital of the United States. There are hundreds of miles of canals and it is easy to take a water taxi to many bars and restaurants. The Fort Lauderdale downtown and beach are full of great restaurants and nightlife. Located in Flamingo Park, the villa is close to I-95 and therefore easy to get to downtown, the beaches, and both the Fort Lauderdale and Miami airport. There are also great museums, theaters, concert halls and numerous outdoor arts and music festivals.
