Suttons Bay Village House, a 1913 Victorian Beauty, not only offers an indoor swimming pool, but also a hot tub & Sauna. Visitors love Suttons Bay & the location of Village House. Located just 1 block behind town. Vacationers love to stroll to town for the morning coffee, to pick up a pizza, or a nightcap. The Beach is just 2 blocks (small town blocks) away. A large kitchen, and a washer and dryer on vacation are invaluable. With an indoor pool, the vacation never stops. A soak in the hot tub after skiing or when the kids have gone to bed is also a treat. The Village of Suttons Bay and Leelanau Peninsula has activities all year round. Fall colors & Wine tasting, the best white sand beaches, farmer markets, antique stores, fishing on the great lakes, golf & gambling (5 minutes away), spring cherry blossoms, and winter sports, skiing & snow-tubing (for the whole family) draw visitors throughout the year. Nearby Traverse City, offers endless possibilities as well.

General Info: Skiing or golfing at Glen Arbor's Homestead resort is just a twenty minute drive. 36 foot indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, modern, full stocked island kitchen, front porch with swing, pillow-top mattresses, 40” HD television, 1st floor laundry, dining room, 5 bedroom 2 ½ baths, pool table above 2 car garage. Activities: Beaches, boating, swimming, sailing, jet-skiing, golf, wineries, casinos, boutiques, shopping, restaurants, canoeing, kayaking, biking & hiking trails, fishing, snow skiing, sledding, Sand Dune Climb, and State Parks. Area: A block away is the charming town of Suttons Bay. This is the town with red British phone booths scattered throughout. Fabulous restaurants, antique and gourmet stores await your visit to town. The public beach is one block behind the town of Suttons Bay.

Great place for a family reunion

Since 3 family members already live in the Leelanau Peninsula, we have used the Suttons Bay Village House for our family reunion there in July for the past 3 years. The location is wonderful, with easy access to all that Suttons Bay has to offer. The Village House is well-maintained and well-equipped and has great space for our various activities; all love the swimming pool. We highly recommend this vacation home!

The house was, indeed, well-stocked with both utensils and supplies. Very clean and ample space for our extended family of 12. Close to town and churches. Kids enjoyed sledding, tubing, and skiing as well as the pool. North Face outlet uptown was a hit. Get loaves of great bread at 419 restaurant for $4! Awesome vacation.

Great house for family vacation!

We had a great time staying in the house over Labor Day weekend. Perfect location, pool was fantastic, walk to restaurants and shops, walk to beach. Clean and cared for. Will stay again!

We are a group of ladies who have visited Suttons Bay Village house in both the Fall & Spring. We have had a great time shopping, visiting wineries and casinos and walking to downtown and the beach. There is easy access to restaurants and nearby towns. We will be back!!

Tim and Jill,

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at your Sutton's Bay home. Instead of Christmas gift exchange, we choose a vacation site each year to spend a week together as a family. This is our 7th year with this tradition. Although we have enjoyed each one, we have never returned to the same place twice as a whole family. Your place may break the streak. Everyone enjoyed the town, house, weather, and scenery so much that we would like to return next year. Please keep us posted as to available dates. Sutton's Bay is a truly beautiful place.
