The vacation home is located only 0.2 miles from the beach. It is an ideal holiday place for families, larger groups or young people. The 2-storey house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen,2 bathrooms (shower, bathtub, 2 toilets), living room and terrace on the first floor. On the second there are also 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and toilet), kitchen, living room, dining room and a balcony. The house is furnished, has 2 TVs, refrigerators, freezers, utensils, plates, coffee machine, etc. Bed linen is also provided for all guests, but, please, bring towels with you. The house has a pretty garden. Garden furniture is provided on the terrace. There is plenty of space for parking in the enclosed courtyard. Supermarkets, restaurants, clubs are located within walking distance from the house.

Siofok ist the largest town of Lake Balaton, being the capital of hungarian summers. It provides excellent recreational and sport opportunities e.g. at the beach, Balaton event, sailing, boat trips to the north shore of lake etc. The Coca cola Beach house parties are famous among the young. In the summertime several cultural events are organized in town e.g. festivals, concerts, exhibitions, operettas and folklore performances. There is a wide variety of restaurants providing Hungarian and international cuisines.
