Photos and Description of this Kailua Kona holiday condo 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms

Exceptionally spacious (1340 square feet including lanai), comfortable, well equipped and attractive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium in the Royal Sea Cliff on Alii Drive. Sleeps up to 7. Good ocean view (direct sunset in spring and fall, frequent cruise ship visits) from lanai, plus view of Hualalai Mountain. Air conditioning plus ceiling fans. Perfect for adults (2 bedroom suites, 1 king, 1 queen plus living room queen sofa bed) but also 'kid-friendly' with extras such as a single futon that makes a great toddler bed, a Grayco play yard/port-a-crib, a booster seat type 'high chair' with tray, plus assorted beach toys. The condo also has assorted movies and a Hawaiian music library. Well landscaped with two oceanfront pools, tennis court, spa, sauna, covered parking, and elevators. Our unit is back off the street, so it is usually quiet at night. The complex is about a mile south of Kailua-Kona, with lots of shopping and restaurants right along the waterfront.

We had a wonderful time in Kona. This condo was exceptionally wonderful. Very clean with a washer and dryer for the towels and wet gear. Get lani to relax on also. Planning to book another trip for next year!!

We had a great family vacation in your wonderful condo. Everything that we could possibly have needed was supplied. Breakfasts on the lanai were wonderful as were the sunsets. Don't miss the night dive with the manta rays. Thank you for sharing your Kona home with us!

We truly appreciated the extra time and detail you put into all of the amenities that were available in the condo as well as the tips for sightseeing, shopping, dining, etc. It really made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We had stayed at Royal Sea Cliff on three previous occasions before finding Unit 616. Your condo is so much superior that it made our vacation even more enjoyable. We appreciated the "extras" - table and chairs to have breakfast on lanai, beach chairs, snorkel gear, well-equipped with everything generally. We certainly will return and recommend it to anyone heading to the Big Island.
