Photos and Description of this Ohio holiday Beautiful Charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath Home

We have been enjoying sharing our home with renters for 5 years now and we fill up our peak season every summer. We have a charming place that was all remodeled and brought up to date. We get lots of comments on how clean, cozy and comfortable our home is for our renters. The home is on a beautifully landscaped lot & right across the road is a grassy lot we own with the access to the beach. This lot is often used for camping by the water, volley ball, sitting in the shade to watch the waves and sun sets. It is also used for campers, tenting, boats or extra parking. Lots of room here.

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, large fridge. Full bath with tub, we also have an extra shower in the master bedroom. Washer/Dryer, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo with CD player. Lots of games and puzzles for rainy days. Gas log fire place for cool evenings. Fire wood for beach fires. Gas grill on front porch. Charcoal grill by beach. Fishing poles and tackle, life jackets, lawn chairs, picnic table. Misc. games n such. Beds include 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Adult size Bunk, 2 Pull outs and 1 Full air mattress.

Activities: Most guest never leave during the week and just hang out on the beach, swimming, fishing, reading, relaxing. You can walk to a few restaurants, bars, ice cream, putt putt and community park. We also get a lot of guest who go to Geneva-On-The-Lake, Geneva State Park n Marina, Wineries, Golf, Metro parks, Cleveland is only a 45 min drive. Geauga Lake, Water parks, Cedar point, Rock n Roll hall of fame.

Area: Madison is right on the Lake Erie. We are 45 mile East of Cleveland and 45 mile West of Erie PA. One hour drive from Cleveland Hopkins Airport.

My family and my sisters family stayed here for vacation. On the Friday before we came home our other family members came from Pittsburgh and my fiance and I were married on the waters edge on the lot across the street. It could not have turned out more beautiful!! It was exactly how I had pictured my wedding day. I am forever getting told how beautiful my wedding pictures are.Everyone ask where we went to get married. They cant believe it was on Lake Erie. Thank you so much Paul for having such a perfect get away. We hope to be back for our Anniversary. ~Mel&Mike P.S. My kids cried when it was time to head home.
