Outstanding Reviews (now up to 14+)from all renters! On A Quiet 'L' Shaped Street. Two Bedrooms (king beds) which sleeps four comfortably. Beautifully decorated!  Cable, Internet, unlimited phone calling is included with a 47 inch HD TV that everyone enjoys! The backyard is enclosed with a covered patio (again, a quiet backyard). High vaulted ceiling and an open concept makes this home such a hit!.  Sun Lakes is a community of mature adults (40 and over). Enjoy the serene atmosphere and the use of many golf courses, tennis courts, four clubhouses with excellent restaurants, and many heated pools.

High Season (Jan.-Mar.) $2100/month  April $1,600.00/month.

Family room beautifully furnished with 42 inch Theater wide HD TV, DVD player, CD/Stereo lounge sofa and comfortable chairs. Internet included! Kitchen is fully furnished with a snack bar, with all amenities, Microwave, Coffee Maker etc…..The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV/DVD, leather recliner, answering machine with phone. There are plenty of dresser space and closets. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of dresser space & closet.

Master suite is large and includes a desk where the internet connection is. All towels, sheets, blankets and other linens are included.Covered Patio has two lounge chairs, patio table & chairs for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful weather. Great for entertaining. Also included with patio is a gas grill. Two car garage with opener, and keypad entry. Washer and Dryer also included.Sun Lakes has 5 GOLF courses, 24 Tennis courts, 8 BOCCE courts, Resort Style POOLS and lap pools and spa's, BILLIARD rooms. 9 hole pitch and putt golf course, 9 hold putting course at Sisk Park, Fish, catch and release lake areas, miles, and miles, of walking/biking paths.Centrally located near Grocery stores, drug stores, Chandler Fashion Mall and many great restaurants. Sun Lakes is located just 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Within a few hours of driving you can visit many great places such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Tucson.

Quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Lovely backyard. Very personable owner. We spend a month here and were very pleased with everything. Highly recommend.

Great House and Value

This is a wonderful home with a very nice and helpful owner. This is truly one of those places where you "only bring your tooth brush". The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and is clean and neat. This is our second winter trip to Chandler and this home is centrally located to shopping, golf and has a great club house and work out facility.

Great place to stay!!

This was our first experience with renting in Arizona and it could not have been more positive. The location is convenient to shopping, theaters and the club houses. The owner, Lynes, was so accomodating to any of our needs (internet, etc). We arrived a night early and she allowed us in. The back yard is large and very nice with different plants and a bbq and patio furniture available. I would definitely recommend this property.

We were very pleased with our month's stay at your Sun Lakes rental. The house was very clean, and well maintained. The kitchen and elsewhere was very complete with all you could want or need in conveniences and furnishings. The big screen TV was an added bonus. The location is excellent with shopping, restaurants and lots of activities close by. We especially loved the lakes and pathways. Great for bicycling and walking. Lenys was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would consider renting again ourselves.

Comfortable Home

My wife and I stayed Nov 07 we found Lenys an excellent hostess responding to requests quickly and efficiently. The home is comfortable, well laid out with all the amenities you will require for your stay. The home is in a quiet area, yet close to shopping, grocery stores etc. You have a full yard and garage for your needs.
We especially enjoyed walking around the lakes, watching the herons, and the swimming pool.
