Bent Tree is a mountain resort community in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Just one hour north of Atlanta and convenient to I-75, I-85, I-575 and GA. 400. This unique community offers: incredible vistas, a fabulous 18-hole golf course with club house, family pool (also an adult pool), indoor/outdoor tennis, a pristine 110 acre lake ideal for fishing, waterfalls, hiking trails and a full service Equestrian Center. All this in a gated community with 24-hour security. Of the thirty-five hundred acres at Bent Tree several hundred are set aside as green belt, in this setting wild turkey, deer, ducks and geese abound. The safety of Bent Tree residents is guarded by dedicated professionals trained to respond to medical or other emergencies.

  • damage deposit, refunded upon inspection. ($100.00 for 3/BR- & $125.00 for 4 or 5/BR cleaning fee.) $250.00 required to confirm reservations, remainder due 30 days prior to occupy.

    Cancellations: A full refund of the deposit will be provided if the reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival date. 15 to 29 days 1/2 will be refunded, within 14 days no refund will be made unless replacement rental is obtained. Early check in or late check out requires a $50. additional charge.
  • Rates: $250./night, $1250./week (2 night minimum) Major Holidays ( 3 night minimum )

  • Our mountain home has three levels, featuring decks and a large screened porch. There are bedrooms and baths on each level and family rooms on two levels. The family room is open and spacious (22x36 feet) and has a beautiful native stone fireplace. Located on this level is the Dining Room, Kitchen, Two Bedrooms and a full Bath. The terrace level is another family or game room , two Bedrooms, full bath and laundry room. The upper level is the location of a private Bedroom, Bath and Deck. The kitchen is fully equipped (ice-maker, microwave, 2 coffee makers, waffle iron, toaster, blender, mixer etc.) Full size washer and dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and carpet sweeper. Baby bed, porta crib, high chair, booster seat. Central heat and A/C

Home is just as we like it. Not fancy, but roomy , and livable for us and children and grandchildren. Activities for all in surronding areas. Owners are great.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great family vacation experience.

We recently stayed at this property during a short vacation. The house was clean and we enjoyed a wonderful location. Everything was in good working order and the house was laid out well for children. The owners of the home were easy to work with and prompt with instructions and details. We would recommend this home for large families or groups of friends. The home is not modern, but comfortable and clean and it is suited well for mountain vacations, golfers, and families with kids.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
