Our home has just been converted from year round residency to seasonal. We furnished the home with very pleasing cozy furniture. You will have everything you need to feel comfortable in this spread out home. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are windows all across the back of the house so that you can enjoy watching boat traffic and the dolphins play from all rooms. There is a heated pool for your winter enjoyment.

  • Policies
    We rent from Saturday to Saturday usually, but there are exceptions. There is a 10% Florida tax, except when renting six months or more.
    Deposits
    We ask for a 25% deposit of the total rental fee plus a cleaning/damage deposit of $300 (refundable after everything is clean and nothing is broken). The balance is due one month before your arrival date.
    Refunds
    Cancellations must be made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel and the property is not re-rented. If the property is re-rented, all money will be returned within thirty (30) days of the new booking date.

What a great way to spend a vacation!!

The house had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation and not have to worry about anything. The house has a huge master bedroom and bath!! The living room is spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture for sitting and watching movies from the entertainment center. We spent much of our time around the kitchen area and sitting area. It was just a great space for cooking and chatting.

There was a view from every window. The back of the house is loaded with window that view a bay area. The pool is located back here and had access to it from every angle of the house.

The only thing that bothered us was the size of the remaining bedrooms and the 3rd bathroom. They are very small and there is no vent in the 3rd bedroom for air-conditioning. It was not very comfortable for my mother and older sister.

The house is ideal for a family with children vacation!
