We offer our new (June 2005) fully equipped family vacation pool home. Ideally located on the gulf coast of Florida at Spring Hill. Within easy reach of beaches restaurants water parks fishing canoeing jet skiing golf & entertainment. You'll find it's very well equipped with all you need for your comfort and vacation enjoyment including complimentary crib/linens & high chair for the little ones.

Amenities: Two story accommodation comprising of: Upper level master bedroom with 1 x king bed & en-suite bathroom, ground level bedroom with 'four poster' queen bed/ ground floor toilet w/vanity (double door access ideal for wheelchairs) bedroom 3 with 2 x twin beds, bedroom 4 with 3 x twin beds, bedroom 5 with 1 x queen bed. Family bathroom serving these bedrooms.

Spacious fully equipped eat in kitchen with seating for 10 overlooking the pool & deck, pantry/island. BBQ grill, furnished poolside/sun loungers etc enjoy Alfresco dining here... all towels/beach towels & linens supplied. Heated screened private pool. Formal lounge/reading room, spacious family room overlooking pool with 51 inch cable TV/DVD player music system. Fully equipped laundry room with washer & dryer. Foosball, table tennis, air hockey board games..... Area: Bucanneer Bay/Mermaids/Beach 5/10 minutes. Tampa/Clearwater 40 minutes. Orlando/Disney 60 minutes.

Eleven people sharing a home. Where could you find such a place. Look no further. The property was well maintained, clean, pool was great and facilities excellent. Thank you very much for our week we all enjoyed the property very much - it had EVERYTHING we required. The kids especially enjoyed the facilities and we had a number of tournaments on the table tennis. We will certainly keep your in the address book for future reference and hope to return again soon."

An excellent home for families with children

Excellent customer service provided and a welcoming home to stay in during our Florida vacation. We shared this home with another family and found it well equipped, clean and spacious. Plenty of room.

We and our children (ages 2 - 7yrs) especially enjoyed:

- The pool (was optimally heated) with lots of loungers / patio chairs/table/umbrella.

- The games room/garage (it was spacious enough for the boys to play ball hockey).

- playing in the beautiful sands and at the playground at Pine Island, though the beach was posted as un-swimmable due to high bacteria counts and had lots of seaweed/rocks in the water.

- Homosassa Springs (Manatees, Alligators, Hippos and other animals) - about 1/2 hour away.

- Tampa Lowry Park Zoo was incredible and a highlight of the trip. An excellent zoo that was about 45 minutes away.

We visited during Spring Break, with no plans to visit Disney. We were pleased to find that all the attractions we visited were not busy or crowded - even though it was peak season.

This location is close to lots of medical clinics and excellent hospitals (as we unfortunately had to discover). We would recommend visiting it.
