Welcome to Caroline's Getaway, a romantic Country French Cottage with modern flare situated on 10 acres. This lovely home is in the heart of the Napa Valley just off the Silverado Trail at the end of a country road, offering not only convenience but privacy. The Exquisite 1800 Sq. ft. house features numerous amenities including a master suite with a fireplace and a private bath, and vineyard views. The fully equipped chef's kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances, worthy of any gourmet feast. The living room offers a fireplace and quiet sitting area, wood is stacked and available for a romantic evening fire any time of year. The two quest rooms share a full bath, including one queen bed, and a cal-king All beds have down comforters, In addition you will have all the conveniences of home, including, lush towels, fine linens, washer and dryer, Just steps from the front door is a 25' x 40' swimming pool. The Kitchen has granite counter tops and brand new Rachael Ray pots and pans, all the utensils for any chef. All fine linens, down comforters and down pillows 2 kings beds and one queen. Air conditioning and heat, 2 TVs, with Dish channels VCR, CD player, wireless Internet. Coffee and tea provided, plus some basic amenities. (salt & pepper) Golfing, walking, biking, hiking, swimming, shopping, wine tasting and dining in the finest restaurants in the Napa Valley. Read the reviews.

This home is located right in the heart of the Stag's Leap District, 10 minutes from World Class dining right off the Silverado Trail, away from the hustle and bustle of the main highway. The swimming pool is like having your own private resort. It is 10 minutes from grocery stores Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. A country deli is right down the street for lattes and sandwiches.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It is nice and peaceful and VERY comfortable. The beds are so heavenly!
Caroline herself is a very lovely woman. Very responsive.

We hope to go back soon!

Perfect Getaway

Caroline's Getaway was perfect for our "girls" (6 college girlfriends for past 30 years) getaway! The house, pool, beds (excellent sleep!!), & property were so much enjoyed - we struggled with leaving the house each day to explore anywhere else. We had gorgeous weather every day so we took advantage of relaxing by the pool after our morning walks where we took pictures of incredible views and vineyards nearby. Adventured into town to explore local wineries, restaurants and sightseeing after recommendations by the owners (thank you Caroline!!). Had Mumms sparkling wine to toast the sunset for our last evening on trip and returned home to do some California dreaming:) Caroline's getaway is truly what the name is - "a Getaway". Enjoy!!

This home is a real treat in a wonderful setting. Home was very clean & more beautiful than described. The location was close to shopping, wineries & whatever you need, the deck was wonderful for our morning coffee & hot air balloon watching, the pool & rafts were fantastic for cooling off & basking in the sun on those hot Napa afternoons, the big kitchen was great for preparing our meals & the beds were crazy comfy cozy. We even had a family of baby fox's out the back deck to entertain us, they were adorable just as the house was.
I would definatley recommend this home to anyone. Don't miss Mumms Winery it was great! If your looking for a hot air balloon ride we used Napa Valley Balloons, they were wonderful.

Charming spot / Great Pool!

The house and pool were just what I was hoping for: quiet and relaxed,
casual, yet easily nice enough for our special occasion (my wife's 50th
birthday). We had a wonderful time enjoying the huge swimming pool, the lovely outdoor kitchen, and the quiet surroundings. Conveniently located to all Napa attractions and a very good value. We'll be back!

Perfectly relaxing holiday

We stayed at Caroline's from Jun 4th to 7th, 2009 and could not have asked for better accomodation. We wished we could have stayed longer. The drive to the house was beautiful with vineyards and rose brushes all the way. Upon arrival, Caroline had a bottle of champaign for us in the fridge, which was a nice touch and we enjoyed it. There were 6 of us and we never felt crowded. The house was very comfortably furnished with lots of sitting areas. Our beds, pillows and comforters were extremely comfortable. The towels in the ensuite were thick and soft cotton. The garden was beautiful and the pool area was our favourite. Having breakfast by the pool, lounging all day then a BBQ at night and listening to nothing but birds was such a treat. Caroline put a lot of effort in making sure her guests are comfortable. She takes pride in her guest house and it shows. It is not right in town but we like the remote location and I would highly recommend this rental and hope to come back soon.
