Built in 2004, this 3BR/3BA custom home is just 100 feet from the ocean and protected by a 25 foot lava cliff at the ocean’s edge. The Turtle Retreat sleeps 1-6 (+) people – watch whales, dolphins, and sea turtles from the lanai. You can fish from the cliff. It is located in a private community – Hawaiian Paradise Park on a lovely bay in East Hawaii where you can walk and see pristine coastline and lush forest. At night the dark sky is a window to the moon, stars, constellations and planets. In the early morning you can watch the sun rise out of the ocean. In the evening the sunset from the other side of the island casts magnificent shades of blue, pink and orange onto the sky for a wonderful backdrop for your relaxation. Upper Level: The large, ocean-view, furnished lanai is wonderful for dining, relaxing and enjoying nature. The living room, dining room and kitchen have a beautiful view of the ocean.

Lower Level: The great room includes a satellite TV, DVD/CD/VHS cassette combination. There is a dining area with a wet bar and ocean view. There are two bedrooms – one with a queen size bed and one with two twin size beds. The sofa/sleeper is queen size. There is a large bathroom and laundry room. The lanai has lounge chairs and a barbeque grill.
