Along with a variety of native hardwoods upstairs, you have a large deck overlooking Flamingo Beach and the Pacific Ocean with the sun setting over the water year round. The downstairs includes: A spacious poolside living room with entertainment center, an additional master bedroom, a large guest bathroom and shower, two ocean facing bedrooms, teak ceilings through out, an office desk with computer and fast wireless Internet set up for allowing free long distance phone calls to anywhere as well as the use of your laptop wherever you like. Next to the pool is a Full kitchen Tiki Bar w/TV to enjoy your favorite snacks, meals, drinks, and games poolside. The beautifully crafted stone faced wall was built for privacy while still leaving you an amazing Ocean view in addition to the new gated entrance and driveway.
The rest of the property has a backyard area, surrounded by tropical forest and is home to a variety of Costa Rican wildlife including: Howler Monkeys and many species of tropical birds, flora and fauna. Our Staff includes Nelly as your house keeper (with a talent for making delicious Costa Rican dishes ) and Pablo ('Pagine') takes care of grounds keeping and cleans the pool each morning. They work Monday - Saturday. Nelly takes care of your laundry in our laundry room located by the outside pool bathroom (5th bathroom). There is also a night guard 7 nights a week. We only rent to one group at a time. You will always have the property to yourself. At Casa Playa Blanca we can help you arrange everything from transportation needs, stocking the fridge and activities to personal massages at the house.
