Cedros Seaside is a newly spacious 2,300 square foot Modern Luxury Home that offers many amenities. Frey Solana provides you a comfortable space for both unwinding and working. This home has 4 bedrooms and a Media Room that has a Sleeper Sofa, Play Station 2 (wireless) 26' Plasma and 4 baths. This Home is fully loaded with everything for the discerning traveler, including free high speed wireless internet access, free UK and USA calls. Tile Ground Floor, Carpeted upper floor, Gas Grill, Surround Sound, 26' and 42' Plasma TV, Fully Stocked Professional Kitchen, High Tech office, Spa Bath (Master Bedroom), Washer/Dryer (front loading) 2 Fireplaces (one in Masterbed) and a 2 Car Garage (with remote). Beds: Cal King, 2 Queens, Two Singles (that can make a Cal King) and a Sleeper Sofa in the Media Room upstairs. Master Bedroom has an Ocean View, ceiling fan and fireplace.

Great New House

The last review hit all the key points: location good, but driving distance to where you want to be, train close but mostly quiet (except for first night when those in the master bedroom thought a tornado was bearing down), the house itself is gorgeous, everything upgraded. Perfect place for a larger group to stay (we stayed with our family, which at that point was parents and three married children).

Great house, lots of amenities, room enough to entertain and invite people over. My wife and 3 children were very comfortable in this house. Train tracks run right behind house, but the trains aren't that noticeable. Probably more of a 10 minute walk to the beach, but close enough. If you can't be right on the beach, this is a great option.
