I was skeptical of the condo when I first found it because I thought it was too good to be true. I was crossing my fingers this wasn't one of those places you see on the news that would turn out to be a scam. The price was by far the best deal I had found with all my research.

When me and my 3 buddies arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the pictures are true and the condo is just what it says it is. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The place is clean, spacious and a perfect location. Restaurants, casinos, golf, the Falls, grocery store, everything was less than a mile away. We golfed two days and it was easy getting to the courses from the condo. Checked out the casinos, Falls and Lundy's Lane area which was just a less than 5 minute drive. Parking for our rental car was perfect in the condo lot. The lot was never that full. TV’s are in every room and plenty of channels with the cable/satellite service. The wifi worked perfectly also. We cooked our breakfast meals at the condo and that worked out perfectly with the fully furnished kitchen. I’d recommend doing business with Mike if you’re looking for a smooth transaction and great value for a clean safe place to stay while in Niagara Falls. Thanks again Mike for everything. Aloha.

Niagra Falls Stay

The condo was nice and had plenty of room. It was really nice to have a dishwasher and laundry room. The lights in the hallway were out, and it was hard to find the keyhole in the low light.
We had the fire alarm go off, it was pulled by someone that ran, and we had to leave the building for a while, then the fire alarm beeped for over an hour.
Other than that, the stay was very nice, and we would reccomend it.

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY!

This place had a great location and was very clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and felt that we'd gotten away from the hustle/bustle when we wanted quiet. It was the perfect distance from attractions. It was also very clean, well maintained, accessible and quiet at night, no neighborhood noise at all. A grocery store was nearby also.

The Owner was available and friendly and provided useful information about the area attractions that were of interest to us. We purchased a pass and enjoyed the falls, the shuttle bus, the botanical gardens, the maiden of the mist boat ride, etc....we did it all since we'd never been there before.

Our absolute favorite activity, however, was in/around Niagara-on-the-lake and involved wine and bicycles!! SO MUCH FUN!. We rented bicycles and followed a mapped route to the different wineries in the area for tasting. The people were friendly, the wines were spectacular, especially the ice-wine, and the countryside was beautiful, so glad we were on bicycles to enjoy it. We were also delighted with the Irish Harp Pub-- quite cheerful with song and excellent lobster bisque. Picnic by the lake, golf, and shopping the boutiques on Main st kept us excited about Niagara-on-the-lake, and the region. It was all very close.

We'll be sending others to stay here and hope to return ourselves. Why look anywhere else, this is THE PLACE TO STAY if you're looking for quiet, a little off the beaten path, yet walking distance attractions! Everything was just as described and then some.

Our stay in Niagara Falls

The property itself was very nice. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom looked new. We were a little "concerned" about the surrounding area. We were a party of 5 women and the area did not appear to be real safe. In fairness, we did not have any problems at all with the people/neighbors in Niagara Falls. However, the condo itself had a few problems. One of the televisions did not work and the tub did not drain properly (leaving you standing in ankle-deep water). We did call to report these issues. We neither received a call back nor did anyone show up to resolve these issues. In addition, we were not aware that we rented a bi-level condo. We had someone in our party with physical issues who found it difficult to get up and down the stairs.

Again, the condos were nicely furnished and clean. Just a few mainenance issues.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. We tried to reach you on the housephone to schedule an appointment but both attempts were not replied to. The television is a new upgrade which has not been advertised and is now operational. The drainage issue has also been resolved. We're glad you enjoyed our modern decor and all the amenities that came with the condo. We have 12 properties in the region and offer a high standard of conveniences and service for each one. This is one of the many reasons that we are know for having the best affordable first class accommodations in the area. Be sure to reserve early for property and date preferance as with over 3000 inquiries each year our demand is quite high. Looking forward to seeing you in Niagara!!

Golf Outing

Went to Niagara with a few friends for a golf outing over Labor Day weekend. The condo is located right by the QEW so getting to and from the golf courses was simple.

The condo was spacious for three people and could definitely fit one or two more snugly. The in apartment washer and dryer and the convenience of the kitchen was a huge plus.

The cost savings as compared to a hotel was great as well.

I'll definitely be renting from Mike again.
